| المستخلص: | تتحدد مهمة هذا البحث برصد عدد من التراكيب اللغوية في روايات الحديث النبوي المخالفة للمقيس من كلام العرب، ونعني مخالفة القواعد النحوية، وجعلنا مدار الدراسة كتاب (عقود الزبرجد في إعراب الحديث النبوي) للسيوطي(ت ٩١١ ه)، الذي حوى الكثير من الأحاديث، وقد صرح في مواضع عديدة أن هناك خروجا عن القياس أو مخالفة للقاعدة، وتوزع السبيل في معالجة ذلك على طريقين، أحدهما: اللجوء إلى التأويل إما بالحمل على المعنى أو على النظير أو رده إلى الحذف، والطريق الآخر: الحكم على تلك المخالفة بالقلة أو الندور أو الشذوذ أو لغة من لغات العرب، وقد تبين أن الأحاديث النبوية هي حجة للنحويين وإن اختلفوا في الأخذ به؛ لمجيء تراكيبه- في الغالب- موافقة لقواعدهم فضلا عن مجيء مثيل لها من القرآن الكريم. The task of this research is determined by monitoring a number of linguistic structures in the narrations of the Prophet’s hadith that contradict the standard of the Arabs’ speech, and we mean the violation of the grammatical rules, and we made the study’s focus the book (Aquamarine contracts in the syntax of the Prophet’s hadith) by Al-Suyuti (d. 9ٔٔAH), which contained many hadiths, and he stated in Many places indicate that there is a departure from the analogy or a violation of the rule, and the way to deal with this is distributed in two ways, one of them: resorting to interpretation, either by carrying the meaning or the analogy, or returning it to omission, and the other way: judging that violation by lack, role, anomaly, or language One of the languages of the Arabs, and it has been shown that the hadiths of the Prophet are an argument for the grammarians, even if they differ in their adoption.
