| المستخلص: | بعد تزايد أعداد المنتسبين لصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي وبالخصوص في دولة ليبيا، حيث أصبحت هذه الصفحات المنبر الحر الذي يمارس الشخص حريته في التعبير عن رأيه، وما رأيناه أن البعض يخرج عن النص ويتناول القضية بمزيد من التجريح وبث بعض الملفات التي يثبت زيفيها لاحقا وهذا ما يدعو للعمل على إيجاد وسيلة تحد من هذه الممارسات ونظرا لما يسببه ذلك من أثر على النفوس بالنسبة للشخص الذي تعرض للتشهير وكذلك ما يسببه لعائلته، فالتشهير الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من ضمن الجرائم التي من المفترض أن يعاقب مرتكبوها وكذلك رد اعتبار للمتضررين منها، فتمت دراسة ظاهرة التشهير الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في نطاق مدينة زليتن وبالتحديد في (كلية طب الأسنان) وما له من آثار سلبية على مجتمعنا وسبل مواجهتها، حيث استخدم البحاث المنهج الوصفي وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة لعدد (45) من الطلبة بالكلية، وتم التوصل إلى نتائج الدراسة وهي أن هناك ممارسة للتشهير الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة وكانت نتيجتها منخفض، أما سبل المواجهة فكانت نتيجتها مرتفع من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وتوصي الدراسة بالحد من انتشار ظاهرة التشهير الإلكتروني بضرورة العمل على توعية المجتمع حول هذه الظاهرة وأضرارها بإجراء ندوات داخل الكليات والمؤسسات التعليمية على التشهير الإلكتروني وأضراره. This studying has studied the phenomenon of electronic defamation through social media sites in the scope of the city of Zliten and specifically in (Faculty of Dentistry) and its negative impact on our society and ways to face, where the researchers used the descriptive approach and data collected through questionnaire For ( 45) students, the results of the studying there were the exercise of electronic defamation through social media sites from the point of view of student and the result was low, but the ways of confrontation was high from the point of view of student, the studying recommends reducing the spread of the phenomenon of defamation of the need to work to educate the community about this phenomenon and to conduct seminars in deterring colleges and institutional sat educational on defamation and his damaging. |
