| المستخلص: | هدف البحث تحديد دور الإخصائي الاجتماعي الممارس لطريقة خدمة الفرد الجماعية في زيادة القدرة التنافسية لتدويل التعليم الأزهري بين الجامعات، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وطبق البحث على عينة قوامها (34) مفردة، وهي تمثل (91.9%) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام الخدمة الاجتماعية الثلاثة (القاهرة، أسيوط، وتفهنا الأشراف) بجامعة الأزهر، وقد طبقت أداة البحث بالطريقة الإلكترونية من 22/8/2022 حتى 1/9/2022، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الاتجاه نحو تدويل التعليم الجامعي بالأزهر يتطلب في بدايته التركيز على الطالب الأزهري، وتقديم أدوار مهنية تراعي تنمية القدرات الابتكارية في المستوي الجماعي، ويليها تنمية القدرات الإبداعية في المستوى الفردي والجماعي، ثم مساعدته على التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي في المستوي الجماعي، ثم تنمية القدرات الابتكارية في المستوي الفردي، وأخيراً توافر التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي في المستوى الفردي، وأظهر البحث أن المقابلات الفردية والمناقشات الجماعية يعتبران أنسب الأدوات المهنية التي يمكن استخدامها عند ممارسة طريقة خدمة الفرد الجماعية، وقدمت عينة البحث عدد من المقترحات البحثية لزيادة القدرات التنافسية في تدويل التعليم، كما قدم الباحثين عدداً من المقترحات المستقبلة أهمها إعداد محتوى نظري يدرس، وتأهيل الأخصائيين باستمرار، وتنفيذ بعثات طلابية للتعرف على الثقافات المختلفة. The Aim of the Research is to determine The Role of a Practicing Social Worker to Case work the Collective in Increasing the Competitiveness of Internationalizing Azhar Education between Universities, To achieve this, The descriptive approach was used, and The Research was applied to a sample of (34) Individuals, which represents (91.9%) of the faculty members in the three social work departments: (Cairo, Assiut, Tafahna Al-Ashraf) at Al-Azhar University, and the Electronic search Tool was applied from 22 /8/2022 Until 1/9/2022, The Results of the Research Concluded that the trend towards the Internationalization of University Education in Al-Azhar requires at its beginning to focus on the Azhar Student, and to provide professional Roles that take into Account the development of Innovative Capabilities at the collective level, followed by the development of creative abilities at the Individual and Collective levels, and then help him with Psychosocial Compatibility at the Collective level, then The development of Innovative Capabilities at the Individual level, and finally The availability of Psychosocial adjustment at the Individual level, The research showed that Individual interviews and group discussions are Considered the most appropriate Professional tools that can be used when Practicing Case work the Collective Method The Research Sample presented Number of Research proposals to increase Competitiveness in the Internationalization of Education. The Researchers also presented a Number of future proposals, the most Important of which is the preparation of theoretical content for Studies. Continuously qualifying Specialists, Executing missions for students. |
