| المستخلص: | يعتبر كتاب (كفاية النبيه) موسوعة فقهية في المذهب الشافعي، وقد جعلت البحث في مقدمة، وقسمين، بينت في المقدمة أسباب اختيار المخطوط، وأهميته، وخطة البحث. وجعلت القسم الأول للدراسة، وضمنته خمسة مباحث: الأول: نبذة مختصرة عن عصر المؤلف لكتاب التنبيه، وتحته سبعة مطالب: تتضمن اسمه ونسبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وآثاره العلمية، ومكانته، ومذهبه، ووفاته. والمبحث الثاني: نبذة مختصرة عن كتاب التنبيه، وتحته خمسة مطالب: تتضمن: اسم الكتاب، ونسبته للمؤلف، وموضوعه، وأهمية الكتاب ومنزلته، وصف الكتاب، التعريف بأهم ما خدم به كتاب (التنبيه) من شروح وغيرها. والمبحث الثالث: دراسة مختصرة عن حياة - ابن الرفعة - وضمنته تمهيدًا عن عصره وسبعة مطالب: تتضمن: اسمه، ونسبه، ولقبه، ومولده، وطلبه للعلم، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وآثاره العلمية، وتصانيفه، وحياة الشيخ وصفاته، ومكانته العلمية، وثناء العلماء عليه، ووفاته. والمبحث الرابع: التعريف بكتاب كفاية النبيه، وتحته سبعة مطالب: تتضمن اسم الكتاب، ونسبته، ومنهج المؤلف في كتابه، ومصطلحاته، وموارده، وأهمية الكتاب، وثناء العلماء عليه، وأثر الكتاب على من بعده، ونقده. والمبحث الخامس: تحته ثلاثة مطالب الأول: وصف المخطوط، والثاني: منهجي في التحقيق، والثالث: نماذج من المخطوط، أما القسم الثاني: فهو في النص المحقق. The book (Kifait Al-Nabia) is an encyclopedia of jurisprudence in the Shafee doctrine, and has made research in the forefront, and two sections, have shown at the forefront the reasons for the selection of the manuscript, its importance, and the research plan. It made the first section of the study, which included five investigations: the first: a brief overview of the author's age for the book of alert, under which seven demands were made: his name, his lineage, his birth, his upbringing, his elders, his pupils, his scientific effects, his status, his doctrine and his death. The second research: a brief overview of the book of alert, under five demands: the name of the book, its attribute to the author, its subject, the relevance and status of the book, the description of the book, the introduction of the book's most important service (alert) of annotations and others. The third research: a brief study on the life of the son of Al-Rafah, which included a prelude to his age and seven demands: his name, his lineage, his surname, his birth, his application for science, his elders, his pupils, his scientific effects, his classification, the life of the sheikh and his qualities, his scientific status, his praise for scientists, and his death. Research IV: Introduction to the Book of Sufficiency of the Prophet, under seven demands: the name of the book, its proportion, the author's approach to his book, its terminology, its resources, the relevance of the book, scholars' praise for it, the impact of the book on its aftermath, and its criticism. The fifth examination: three demands: the first: the description of the manuscript, the second: the methodology of the investigation, and the third: models of the manuscript, the second section: in the verified text. |
