The paper also sets out to explore the related terminology, the opinions of Islamic legal theorists, and the reasons behind their disagreement. The paper aims to identify the impact of the usuli consideration of this issue on its juristic application in the field of personal status, demonstrate the interrelationship between the usuli and juristic approach, its contribution to some issues while giving preponderance to some opinions. |
