| المستخلص: | This paper clarifies the most important terms related to the subject linguistically and terminologically, and the Islamic legal rooting of the authenticity of proof through E-signature and its legal ruling. In addition to its interpretation in Islamic law and clarifying its conditions in light of both Islamic law and modern developments and its restrictions in both Islamic law and labor laws as a modern example. Furthermore, this paper tackles the most important issues related to the authenticity of proof through E Signature in investment contracts and their solutions in Islamic law. |
