| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى معرفة العلاقة والتأثير بين القيادة المغناطيسية والرسوخ التنظيمي في المركز الوطني للتطوير الإداري وتقنية المعلومات /وزارة التخطيط في بغداد، وقد أشارت مشكلة البحث إلى محدودية الوعي بأهمية أبعاد القيادة المغناطيسية (الثقة، الولاء، روح الفريق، سلوك المواطنة، المرونة) في تقوية وتعزيز الرسوخ التنظيمي، لذا تبرز أهمية البحث في محاولة إبراز مجموعة من الحلول التي من شأنها معالجة بعض المشاكل التي تواجه المنظمة المبحوثة قدر تعلق الأمر بمتغيرات البحث، كما واعتمد الباحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي هو الذي تم اعتماده من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة البحث بصدد كل من القيادة المغناطيسية والرسوخ التنظيمي، كما إن تحليل الجانب الميداني للبحث تم من خلال الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS V.25) جرى اختيار المركز الوطني للتطوير الإداري وتقنية المعلومات /وزارة التخطيط كميدان للبحث، حيث تم اختيار عينة قصدية والبالغ عددها (53) فردا من العاملين في المركز الوطني للتطوير الإداري وتقنية المعلومات في محافظة بغداد، وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج عدة أهمها: اتضح أن العلاقة والتأثير بين القادة المغناطيسية والرسوخ التنظيمي هي علاقات إيجابية معنوية جيدة، وهذا تأكيد لأهمية القيادة المغناطيسية على الأفراد وعلى رسوخهم وثباتهم في العمل، وتبين أن الجانب الإعلاني لمركز التطوير الإداري ضعيف مما يؤدي ذلك إلى إغفال جهود المركز الإدارية. |b The aim of the research is to know the relationship and influence between magnetic leadership and its impact on organizational Embeddedness: an analytical field research in the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology/ Ministry of Planning. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted by surveying the opinions of the research sample regarding both magnetic leadership and firmness Organizational, and the analysis of the field aspect of the research was carried out through the statistical package (SPSS V.25). The National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology/ Ministry of Planning was chosen as the field of research, where a final sample of (53) individuals was selected from the employees of the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology in Baghdad Governorate. Where the research reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: It turns out that the relationship and influence between Magnetic leadership and organizational Embeddedness are positive, moral, and good relationships, and this confirms the importance of magnetic leadership on individuals and their firmness and stability in work. The researcher concluded that the advertising side of the Administrative Development Center is weak, which leads This neglected the center's administrative efforts. | ||
