| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تميز الباحثين في مجال التربية الخاصة من منظورهم، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (81) باحثا في مجال التربية الخاصة في الجامعات السعودية، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أهم التحديات التي تواجه الباحثين هي كثرة الأعباء الملقاة على الباحث وصعوبة النشر في المجلات العلمية المحكمة. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن أهم متطلبات تأهيل الباحثين جاءت في تقديم دورات تدريبية، وتوفير نظام فحص للأوراق العلمية. كما أن المتطلبات ذات العلاقة ببرامج التحفيز في المجال البحثي جاءت في تقديم الدعم للنشر في مجلات مصنفة SCOPUS)) أو (ISI) أو ذات معامل تأثير مرتفع، عدم التباين في نسب الحوافز المادية ربط الناتج البحثي بترقيات الباحثين. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق معنوية للمتطلبات وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة، عدا محور متطلبات تأهيل الباحثين وجاءت الفروق لصالح خريجي الخارج. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تضافر الجهود الرسمية والأهلية لتوفير متطلبات تميز الباحثين في مجال التربية الخاصة. |b The study aimed to identify the requirements for distinguishing researchers in the field of special education and the challenges they face from their perspectives, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the sample consisted of (81) researchers in the field of special education. The results showed that the most important difficulties facing researchers are existence of many burdens placed on the researcher, difficulty of publishing in scientific journals, the most important requirements for qualifying researchers came in the provision of training courses and an examination system for scientific papers. Also, the requirements related to motivation programs in the research field came in providing support for publication in classified journals (SCOPUS) or (ISI) or with a high impact factor, non-variance in the percentages of material incentives, linking research output with promotions of researchers. Moreover, there were no significant differences in the requirements according to study variables, except for requirements for the qualification of researchers, and the differences came in favor of the graduates abroad. The study recommends the need to combine official and civil efforts to provide the requirements for excellence of researchers in the field of special education. | ||
