| 520 | |a تكمن مشكلة الموضوع في اتساع ظاهرة التطرف والجريمة، ولا سيما البلاد العربية ومن بين أسبابه؛ أثر توارث الأفكار المتطرفة من الآباء إلى الأبناء التي بينها الشرع الإسلامي، كما أثبتت الدراسات الحديثة إمكانية انتقال الصفات الإجرامية في الجينات الوراثية من الآباء إلى الأبناء، التي بينتها أحدث المراكز في هذا مجال. وهذا الأمر يتطلب دراسة حقيقة الجينات الوراثية من الناحية الشرعية والطبية الحديثة، ودراسة وتحليل النصوص الواردة في أثر الجينات الوراثية في سلوك التطرف من الجانب الشرعي الطبي والمقارنة بينهما، ودراسة سبل معالجة الإشكاليات الناتجة عن السلوك المتطرف من الجينات الوراثية. وتقوم هذه الدراسة على منهج استقراء نصوص الواردة بهذا الأمر، ووصفها وتحليلها، وبيان ونقد وما تم تحليله ووصفه. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى إثبات وجود الجينات الوراثية بمسميهما الشرعي والطبي وتأثيرها في حمل الصفات الوراثية بأنواعها عن طريق الآباء إلى الأبناء، كما أثبتت النصوص الشرعية والتحليلات الطبية الحديثة في انتقال صفات التطرف وتأثيرها في سلوك الأشخاص الذين يحملوها، والتوصل إلى سبل معالجة حاملي صفات التطرف من الجانب الشرعي والطبي. |b The problem Statement of the study lies in the breadth of the phenomenon of extremism and crime, especially in the Arab countries, and among its causes; the impact of the inheritance of the Traits of extremism and hyperbole from parents to children, which include Islamic law, as re¬cent studies have proved the possibility of transferring criminal traits through genetic genes from parents to children, as shown by the latest centers in this field. This requires studying the reality of genetic genes from a modern forensic and medical point of view, studying and analyzing the texts contained in the impact of genetic genes on the behavior of extremism from the medical forensic side and comparing them, and studying ways to address the problems resulting from the extreme behavior of genetic genes. This study is based on the method of extrapolation of the texts contained in this matter, their description and analysis, statement, criticism and what has been analyzed and described. This study has established the existence of genetic genes by their legal and medical names and their impact on the transmission of genetic traits of all kinds through par¬ents to children, as well as the legitimate texts and modern medical analyses in the transmission of extremist traits and their impact on the behavior of people who carry them, and to find ways to treat carriers of extremist traits from the legal and medical side. | ||
