| المستخلص: | تعمل الجهات المختصة في الدولة على تنمية السياحة من خلال تقديم خدمات على أعلى مستوى للسائح، فضلا عن دعم وتطوير التراث لكي يجذب السياح على كافة ميولهم ورغباتهم، وقد ساعد على ذلك التطور التاريخي للتشريعات السياحية في إمارة الشارقة ۱۹۸۱ من إلى ۲۰۲۰م، فضلا عن مقومات السياحة والمواقع الثقافية ومدى ملاءمتها للتشريعات في كل فترة زمنية للوضع المعاصر، وأثر الأزمات على القوانين وعلى السياحة، ومردود القرارات والقوانين في إمارة الشارقة وانعكاساتها على الوضع السياحي والنمو السياحي في الشارقة خاصة إذا تم مقارنتها بإمارة دبي، وأخيرا دور التشريعات السياحة في تحقيق التنمية السياحية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من عام ۲۰۱۱ إلى ۲۰۲۰م. The competent authorities in the country are working to develop tourism by providing services at the highest level to tourists, as well as supporting and developing heritage in order to attract tourists with all their inclinations and desires. This has been helped by the historical development of tourism legislation in the Emirate of Sharjah from 1981 to 2020 AD, as well as the elements of tourism. And cultural sites and their suitability for legislation in each period of time to the contemporary situation, and the impact of crises on laws and tourism, and the impact of decisions and laws in the Emirate of Sharjah and their repercussions on the tourism situation and tourism growth in Sharjah, especially if it is compared to the Emirate of Dubai, and finally the role of tourism legislation in achieving tourism development in the state United Arab Emirates from 2011 to 2020. In the end, the research presents a set of results related to the role of tourism legislation in the Emirate of Sharjah in the tourism development in the country, in addition to some recommendations that may contribute to the development of tourism in the country. |
