| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات بناء الميزة التنافسية للجامعات السعودية الأهلية في جوانب إعداد الكفاءات الاستراتيجية، بناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية، تطوير البحث العلمي، الهيكل التنظيمي، العلوم والتكنولوجيا والتوصل إلى المقترحات وسبل التغلب على المعوقات من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة، اتبعت المنهج الوصفي وتكونت العينة من (396) عضو هيئة التدريس ورؤساء الأقسام بالجامعات السعودية الأهلية من جامعة الأمير سلطان والجامعة العربية المفتوحة وجامعة الأمير محمد بن فهد، وجامعة الفيصل، وقد تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (22) عبارة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وقد خلصت النتائج إلى تبين أن المتوسط الحسابي للمعوقات (4.33) وبدرجة موافقة مرتفعة بشدة، وقد جاءت معوقات بناء الميزة التنافسية للجامعات، من (4.47-4.17) وجاء مجال إعداد الكفاءات الاستراتيجية بالرتبة الأولى، ويليه مجال تطوير البحث العلمي ثم في المرتبة الثالثة مجال تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي وفي المرتبة الرابعة مجال العلوم والتكنولوجيا وفي المرتبة الخامسة مجال بناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية. وجدير بالذكر أن كل الأبعاد حصلت على موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة وبدرجة موافقة مرتفعة أو مرتفعة بشدة، وقد كانت أبرز المقترحات والحلول نشر الثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة للميزة التنافسية المشتركة للجهات المستفيدة، ومعالجة جوانب الضعف في نظام الحوافز الحالي لتقديم الحوافز المجزية للمتميزين ومعالجة العراقيل التنظيمية، وقناعة القيادة العليا بأهمية الشراكات الاستراتيجية وعقد شراكات مع المؤسسات الصناعية والربط بين معايير التميز بالتصنيف العالمي للجامعات وجهود الجامعات لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتوفير مصادر التمويل للجامعات بالاستفادة من توظيف الاقتصاد المعرفي، والتغلب على المخاطر التقنية التي تتعلق بمشكلات الأمن والحماية، وتطوير الهياكل التنظيمية للجامعات، وتبني العمل الجماعي كأسلوب إداري على مختلف مستويات الإدارية وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت بتبني الحلول والمقترحات من قبل المسؤولين في الجامعات الأهلية عند بناء الميزة التنافسية لجامعتهم والعمل على تخطي وتجاوز المعوقات التي أثبتتها نتائج الدراسة. The study aimed to reveal the obstacles to building the competitive advantage of Saudi private universities in aspects (preparing strategic competencies, building strategic partnerships, developing scientific research, organizational structure, science and technology) and reaching proposals and ways to overcome obstacles from the point of view of the study individuals, I followed the descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of (396) faculty members and heads of departments in private Saudi universities from Prince Sultan University, the Arab Open University, Prince Muhammad bin Fahd University, and Al-Faisal University. A questionnaire was prepared consisting of (22) statements whose validity was confirmed. The results concluded that the arithmetic average of the obstacles was (4.32), with a very high degree of agreement. The obstacles to building the competitive advantage of universities came from (4.47-4.17), and the field of preparing strategic competencies ranked first, followed by the field of developing scientific research. Then in the third place is the field of organizational structure development, in the fourth place is the field of science and technology, and in the fifth place is the field of building strategic partnerships. It is worth noting that all dimensions obtained the approval of the study sample, with a high or very high degree of approval. The most prominent proposals and solutions were to spread the organizational culture that supports the common competitive advantage of the beneficiaries, and address the weaknesses in the current incentive system to provide rewarding incentives. For the distinguished, addressing the organizational obstacles, the conviction of the senior leadership of the importance of strategic partnerships and establishing partnerships with industrial institutions, and linking the standards of excellence with the global classification of universities and the efforts of universities to achieve competitive advantage and provide funding sources for universities by benefiting from the employment of the knowledge economy, And overcoming the technical risks related to the problems of security and protection, and developing the organizational structures of the universities, and adopting teamwork as an administrative method at the various administrative levels.
