| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى جاهزية مكتبات جامعة الإسكندرية للتحول إلى مكتبات ذكية من حيث: المهارات المطلوب توافرها في أخصائي المكتبة الجامعية الذكية (المكتبي الذكي)، بالإضافة إلى رصد الانعكاسات المحتملة للمكتبات الذكية على العنصر البشري داخل المكتبات، كما تناولت الدراسة المتطلبات البشرية والمالية والتقنية اللازمة لذلك، والتحديات التي تواجهها المكتبات، ووضع الحلول المقترحة التي تساعد في تحويلها إلى مكتبات ذكية في ظل الظروف والإمكانات الحالية، بالإضافة إلى وضع خطة استراتيجية مقترحة من قبل الباحثة من خلال التحليل البيئي للمكتبات محل الدراسة باستخدام تحليل SWOT؛ من أجل الوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات لإعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الميداني؛ من أجل جمع البيانات والحقائق عن موضوع الدراسة عن طريق: المقابلات الشخصية، وقائمة المراجعة، والاستبيان الذي يغطي الجوانب الأساسية في الدراسة، حيث تم توزيعه على السادة مدراء المكتبات بجامعة الإسكندرية لجمع البيانات منهم، وقد تم معالجة البيانات عن طريق التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج SPSS، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن التجهيزات البشرية، والتقنية، والمالية، تمثل أهم متطلبات تحول المكتبات الجامعية إلى مكتبات ذكية، أيضا لا تزال المكتبات تحتاج إلى العديد من التجهيزات حتى تتمكن من التحول إلى مكتبة ذكية، وكذلك ضرورة امتلاك بنية تحتية جيدة لتبني التقنيات الحديثة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحدي المالي، والتحدي التقني، وعدم توفر بنية تحتية مناسبة، وتعقد الإجراءات الإدارية، وتوعية أخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات والإدارة العليا للمكتبات بأهمية المكتبات الذكية، من أهم التحديات التي تعيق إمكانية المكتبات في التحول إلى مكتبات ذكية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تخصيص جزء كبير من ميزانية المكتبات لشراء الأجهزة والتقنيات الحديثة، وعقد المزيد من الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل للموظفين؛ لرفع قدرتهم على استخدام الأجهزة، ووضع الخطط الاستراتيجية اللازمة للتحول إلى مكتبات ذكية، كذلك إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بتأثير استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في المكتبات على خدمات المعلومات. The goal of the study was to determine whether Alexandria University libraries were ready to turn into smart libraries, in terms of the skills required for Smart Librarians. In addition to monitoring the potential implications of the smart libraries for the human element within libraries. The study also explored the human, financial, and technical needs for changing libraries into smart libraries, as well as the challenges they face in doing so, and suggested ways to assist in changing Alexandria University libraries into smart libraries under existing conditions and possibilities. Besides, a proposed strategic plan was developed by the researcher through the environmental analysis of the libraries under consideration using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in order to prepare a strategic plan. The study was based on the Field Method in order to collect data and facts about the subject of the study through personal interviews and a questionnaire that covers the basic aspects of the study, which was issued to the managers of Alexandria University's libraries in order to collect data from them. The data was processed by statistical analysis using the SPSS program. One of the most important results of the study: is that the human, technical and financial equipment represent the most important requirements for the transformation of university libraries into smart libraries. In addition, libraries still require a lot of equipment to transform into smart libraries, as well as it is also necessary to have a good infrastructure to adopt modern technologies. The study also found that the financial and technical challenges, the lack of adequate infrastructure, the complexity of administrative procedures, and the awareness of librarian and the senior management of libraries about the importance of smart libraries are among the most important challenges that hinder the ability of libraries to transform into smart libraries. The study recommends the necessity of providing a large part of the libraries budget for the purchase of the devices and the application of modern technologies, as well as conducting more training courses and workshops for librarians to improve their ability to use the devices, and develop the necessary strategic plans to transform into smart libraries. Furthermore, conducting more research related to the impact of the use of modern technologies use in libraries on information services. |
