| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لأدوار الإدارة المدرسية في رعاية الطلبة الموهوبين بمدارس محافظة ظفار من وجهة نظر إخصائيي الأنشطة المدرسية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة مدى اختلاف آراء الأخصائيين تبعا لمتغيرات (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، لذا تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة، موزعة على أربع مجالات رئيسة هي: دور الإدارة المدرسية تجاه كلا من: (الطلبة الموهوبين، المعلمين، أولياء أمور الطلبة الموهوبين، البيئة المدرسية)، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها طبقت على عينة مكونة من (131) إخصائي أنشطة مدرسية، وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبارTest-1، وتحليل التباين الأحادي ANOVA. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في رعاية الطلبة الموهوبين في مدارس محافظة ظفار من وجهة نظر إخصائيي الأنشطة المدرسية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق بين آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول دور إدارة المدرسة تجاه الموهوبين، تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، وبالعودة للمتوسطات الحسابية يتضح أن هذه الفروق كانت لصالح الإناث، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بأن تقوم وزارة التربية والتعليم بتبني خطة واضحة وعلمية لاكتشاف الموهوبين ورعايتهم وتفعيل هذه الخطة في المدارس وتحت إشراف مختصين في رعاية الموهبة، وان تقوم بإعداد وتأهيل القيادات التربوية من خلال تنفيذ برامج أو ورش تدريبية لإدارات المدارس لكيفية تفعيل أدوارهم في مجال رعاية الطلبة الموهوبين. The study aimed to develop a proposed perception of the roles of school management towards gifted students in Dhofar governorate schools from the point of view of professionals and school activities, as well as to find out how different the views of specialists depending on variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience), and in order to achieve this goal, we had to rely on the curriculum descriptive, and creating a questionnaire consisting of 40 items, divided into four key areas: the role of the school administration towards: (gifted students, teachers, parents of gifted students, school environment), and after verification of the validity and reliability were applied to a sample consisting of (131) specialist school activities, in order to answer the research questions, we used arithmetic averages and standard deviations, and test test-1, and analysis of variance ANOVA. The findings of the study highlighted that the role of school management in the care of gifted students in the schools of the province of Dhofar from the point of view of professionals and school activities came to a fair degree. The results of the study also showed the presence of the views of the study sample differences on the role of the school management towards the talented, depending on the social variable type , and based on the averages of the calculation, it is clear that these differences were in favor of females, and in the light of the results of the study, the study recommended that the Ministry of Education to adopt a clear and scientific plan to discover the talented and care plan in schools and activate it under the supervision of a specialist in the care of the talent, and the preparation and rehabilitation of creative educational leaders through the implementation of programs or training workshops for school administrations on how to activate their roles in caring for the gifted students. |
