| المستخلص: | تم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث وقد وجدت أن هذه المباحث تتطلب بيان مفاهيم مصطلحات البحث؛ لذا كان بيان هذه المفاهيم أولا قبل أن نبين في المبحث الأول معنى مركبات الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي وضحنا فيه تعريف مركبة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ثم أوضحنا أن مشكلة المسؤولية الجنائية تظهر في المستويين الرابع والخامس من المستويات التي تصنف على أساسها المركبات وفقا لتصنيف جمعية مهندسي صناعة المركبات (السيارات). وفي المبحث الثاني أوضحنا مزايا المركبة ذاتية القيادة والتي يتمثل دورها الإيجابي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتحسين السلامة على الطرق، وأن لها دورا إيجابيا في تحقيق انخفاض في الخسائر البشرية والاقتصادية للحوادث. فضلا عن دورها في منع الحوادث الناجمة عن خطأ القائد البشري، ثم أظهرنا حقيقة هذا الدور. وأثبتنا أن القائد الآلي لا يمكن أن يكون لديه وعي حتى يكون لديه القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات. وفي المبحث الأخير بينا العقبات التي تؤثر على فاعلية المركبات ذاتية القيادة في الحد من الظاهرة الجرمية. وبينا أن منها ما يعود إلى اشتراطات البنية التحتية، ومنها ما يعود إلى صعوبة العمل في الظروف الجوية القاسية، فضلا عما يمكن أن تتعرض له من تحديات قانونية وتقنية؛ ناهيك عن المخاطر التي تتعرض له أثناء تشغيلها؛ حيث أثبتت التجارب أن أنظمتها التقنية قابلة للاختراق، مما يشكل تحديا خطيرا أمام القيادة الآمنة والمنع من استعمالها في ارتكاب الجرائم، أو أن تكون المركبة ذاتها محلا لجريمة كالسرقة. Then we showed the reality of her role. And we explained that the automated leader cannot have awareness until he can make decisions. At final section, I showed the and we showed the obstacles that affect the effectiveness of self-driving vehicles in reducing the criminal phenomenon. And we showed that some of them are due to the requirements of the infrastructure, and some of them are due to the difficulty of working in harsh weather conditions. In addition to the legal and technical challenges it may face; Not to mention the risks it is exposed to during its operation; Experiments have shown that its technical systems can be penetrated, which poses a serious challenge to safe driving and preventing its use in committing crimes, or for the vehicle itself to be the subject of a crime such as the theft. |
