| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى قياس المعرفة بالقضايا البيو أخلاقية لدى طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية، وقد اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع طالبات الصف السادس العلمي في المدارس الإعدادية والثانوية الحكومية للدراسة الصباحية في مركز محافظة القادسية للعام الدراسي (۲۰۲۱-۲۰۲۲)، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (۳۲۰) طالبة من طالبات الصف السادس العلمي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وقد أعد الباحثان أداة لتحقيق هدف البحث وهي اختبار المعرفة بالقضايا البيو أخلاقية والذي تألف بصيغته النهائية من (۳۲) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد وبثلاث بدائل منها بديل واحد صحيح وبديلان خاطئان، وكانت الفقرات موزعة على خمسة مجالات وهي الاستنساخ والهندسة الوراثية/ تقانات الأخصاب المساعد / التعامل مع الحيوانات والأحياء المختبرية والتجارب الدوائية/ القتل الرحيم ونقل وزراعة الأعضاء ونقل الدم/ التلقيح والإجهاض وتحديد النسل)، وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء للاختبار وحساب معاملات التمييز والصعوبة لفقرات الاختبار، فضلا عن فعالية المموهات وتم حساب قيمة معامل الثبات للاختبار باستعمال معامل ألفا كرونباخ والذي بلغ (۰,۷۲۲)، كما تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي ومعالجة البيانات بالاستعانة ببرنامج (Microsoft Excel- 10) وبرنامج الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم النفسية (SPSS- 23)، ومن خلال تطبيق معادلة الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ومعادلة معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة الانحدار البسيط على البيانات المتحصلة من التطبيق النهائي لأداة البحث، وتم التوصل إلى أن طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية يمتلكن مستوى منخفضا من المعرفة بالقضايا البيو أخلاقية. وبناء على ذلك قدم الباحثان بعض التوصيات منها: الاهتمام بتناول القضايا البيو أخلاقية والمستحدثات الحيوية في الممارسات التدريسية من قبل مدرسي علم الأحياء، وتضمين موضوعات القضايا البيو أخلاقية في كتب علم الأحياء للمرحلة الإعدادية، واقترح الباحثان عددا من المقترحات منها: إجراء دراسة مماثلة عن المعرفة بالقضايا البيو أخلاقية لدى طلبة الجامعة، إجراء دراسة تحليل محتوى للمواد الدراسية الجامعية في كليات التربية او العلوم وفق القضايا البيو أخلاقية. The research aims to measure knowledge of bioethical issues among students(female) at preparatory schools, The research community included all students of the sixth scientific grade in public preparatory and secondary schools for the morning study in the center of Al-Qadisiyah Governorate for the academic year (2021-2022), and the basic research sample consisted of (320 student) from the sixth scientific grade students were chosen in a simple random way, and the researcher prepared two tools to achieve the objectives of the research: The first is the test of knowledge of bio-ethical issues, which in its final form consisted of (32) paragraphs of the type of multiple choice and with three alternatives, including one correct alternative and two wrong alternatives. The paragraphs were divided into five areas, namely (cloning and genetic engineering/ assisted reproductive technologies, animal handling, laboratory biology, drug experiments/ euthanasia, organ transplantation and transfer, blood transfusion/ vaccination, abortion and birth control). And the difficulty of the test items, as well as the effectiveness of the camouflagers. The value of the reliability coefficient of the test was calculated using the Alfa Cronbach's coefficient, which amounted to (0.722),. The research tool was applied in the first semester of the year (2021-2022) in attendance. Statistical analysis and data processing were also performed using Microsoft Excel-10 statistical portfolio program. For Psychological Sciences (SPSS-23), and by applying the equation of the T test for one sample, the T test for two independent samples and the correlation equation for the Point Biserial Correlation Coefficient And the equation of the Pearson correlation coefficient and the equation of simple regression on the data obtained from the final application of the research tool, and it was concluded that the middle school students have low knowledge of bio-ethical issues. Accordingly, the researchers made some recommendations, including: interest in addressing bio-ethical issues and vital innovations in teaching practices by biology teachers, and to include bioethical issues in biology books for the preparatory stage. The researcher suggested a number of proposals, including: conducting a similar study on knowledge of bioethical issues among university students. For university subjects in faculties of education or science according to bio-ethical issues. |
