| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع القدرات الاستراتيجية المتصلة المتمثلة بأنواعها المتعددة في بناء الجامعة الحديثة وتطوير قادتها من اجل البقاء، باعتبارها أبرز المراكز التي تغني البيئة بإنتاجاتها ولأغراض تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار جامعة الموصل ميدانا للدراسة بوصفها مجتمعا مناسبا، واختيرت منها القيادات الإدارية كعينة بلغت (323). اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعدد من الوسائل الإحصائية الواردة في البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS V 26) التي أفرزت مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن للقدرات الاستراتيجية المتصلة إسهاما كبيرا في تطوير الجامعة وكوادرها القيادية والتأثير بها. استنتجت الدراسة أن على الجامعة تتبنى القدرات الاستراتيجية المتصلة والأصول والعمليات والعلاقات بما يحقق توقعات أداء أصحاب المصلحة، مما يزيد من قدرتها على خلق مكان لنفسها تستطيع من خلاله مواجهة الاضطرابات والتغييرات البيئية. أما أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هو ضرورة تعزيز القدرات الاستراتيجية المتصلة لتتمكن من اخذ دورها في تعزيز مكانتها في المجتمع وتطويره. The study aimed to determine the reality of the connected strategic capabilities represented by its various types in building the modern university and developing its leaders in order to survive, as the most prominent centers that enrich the environment with its productions. To achieve the aim of the study, the University of Mosul was chosen as a field of study as a suitable community, and its administrative leaders were selected as a sample reached (323). The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and a number of statistical methods included in the statistical program (SPSS V 26), which produced a set of results, most notably that the connected strategic capabilities have a significant contribution to the development of the university and its leading cadres, and affecting them. The study concluded that the university should be adopting connected strategic capabilities, assets, processes, and relationships in order to achieve stakeholders' performance expectations, which increases its ability to create a place for itself through which it can face environmental disturbances and changes. As for the most prominent findings of the study, it is the need to strengthen the connected strategic capabilities to be able to take its role its position in society and its development. |
