| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بيان دور الولاء التنظيمي في دعم إدارة أمن المعلومات في البنك المركزي العراقي/ فرع الموصل، إذ أعتمد البحث على استمارة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم توزيع (70) استمارة على العاملين في البنك، "وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) وإيجاد التكرارات والنسب المئوية والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري كونها أدوات وصف متغيرات البحث، فضلا عن إيجاد علاقات الارتباط بين متغيرات البحث واستخدام أنموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط لغرض اختبار فرضيات البحث"، ومن أهم استنتاجات البحث وجود رغبة قوية لدى العاملين في البقاء بالمنظمة المبحوثة والدفاع عنها والسعي لتحقيق أهدافها. وقدم البحث مقترحات منها مراجعة سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات بشكل دوري، ومواكبة التطورات التقنية الحديثة فيما يخص أمن المعلومات، وذلك عبر الاهتمام بجانب البحث والتطوير في مجال التعامل مع بيئة نظم المعلومات عن طريق توفير أحدث برمجيات الحماية، وتصميم قاعدة البيانات وتطويرها بطريقة توفر الحماية للمعلومات فيها من أي مخاطر أو تهديدات. The research aims to show the role of organizational loyalty in supporting the information security management in the Central Bank of Iraq / Mosul Branch, as the research relied on the questionnaire form as a tool for data collection, and (70) forms were distributed to the employees of the bank, and the data was analyzed using the program (SPSS) and finding frequencies, percentages, the arithmetic mean, and the standard deviation being tools for describing the research variables, as well as finding correlations between the research variables and using the simple linear regression model for the purpose of testing the research hypotheses. One of the most important conclusions of the research is that there is a strong desire among the employees to stay in the researched organization, defend it and attempt to achieve its goals. The research presented proposals, including reviewing information security policies and procedures periodically, and keeping abreast of recent technical developments with regard to information security, by paying attention to research and development in the field of dealing with the information systems environment by providing the latest protection software, designing and developing the database in a way that provides protection for information in it. from any dangers or threats. |
