| المستخلص: | اعتمد البحث منهجية علمية بتفسير العلاقة بين حقوق الإنسان وطبيعة الحياة السياسية في المغرب الأوسط في عصر الدولة الزيانية، وسعى إلى دراسة متكون الصراعات السياسية والعسكرية التي أنتجتها الحياة الخاصة للمجتمع المغربي وأثرها على تطبيق حقوق الإنسان فقد تبنى البحث في أطاره النظري موضوع حقوق الإنسان في المغرب الأوسط بوصفه متغيرا مفسرا مما تناوله البحث في فقراته المختلفة واختيار عدد من مكونات وطبقات المجتمع المختلفة لمعرفة علاقة الارتباط والأثر بين مفهوم حقوق الإنسان والحياة السياسية والاجتماعية في ذلك المجتمع، وعلى ضوء نتائج التحليل والتفسير المنطقي لمجريات الحياة السياسية في عصر الدولة الزيانية فقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والحقائق التي أظهرت الخصائص والمميزات التي حددت وأبرزت ملامح الحياة العامة في مختلف مجالاتها في المجتمع المغربي. ولقد حاول الباحث من استعراضه لمتغيرات البحث وفقراته إلى تبيان الصورة الحقيقية والواقعية التي كانت سائدة آنذاك في الظروف السياسية والاجتماعية التي عاشها المجتمع المغربي في عصر الدولة الزيانية والتي توالت على حكمها مجموعة من السلاطين والأمراء والملوك لتصف الفلسفة والأيديولوجية التي يؤمن بها أولئك السلاطين وانعكاسها على مجرى الحياة في مختلف المجالات وخاصة في ما يتعلق بإشاعة الأجواء وفسح المجال أمام مكونات المجتمع في مختلف أطيافها لممارسة حقوقهم المدنية والسياسية بخاصة التي جاء بها الإسلام والتعبير عن تلك الحريات في مجال ممارسة الحياة العامة. The research adopted a scientific methodology by explaining the relationship between human rights and the nature of political life in the central Maghreb in the era of the Zayani state.
