| المستخلص: | Film festivals have always been a privileged space for the promotion of films, even if the main event is the competition, which is the main engine of film creation, given the role played by these institutions (festivals) on a social and cultural level, in particular in promoting citizenship and the meaning of civil society, in particular. In Arab societies, and an attempt to establish a common Arab cinematographic solidarity through certain Arab efforts to coordinate a unified Arab film library that will be a memory for the Arab peoples by strengthening the Arab socio-cultural reality through the cinematographic image of the other. this argument, we try to show the efforts of Arab film festivals in promoting the socio-cultural reality of Arab cinema and promoting the genealogy and chronology of citizenship. Les festivals de cinéma ont toujours été un espace privilégié de promotion des films, même si l'événement principal en est la compétition, qui est le principal moteur de la création cinématographique, compte tenu du rôle joué par ces institutions (festivals) sur le plan social et culturel, notamment dans la promotion de la citoyenneté et le sens de la société civile. Dans les sociétés arabes, et une tentative d'établir une solidarité cinématographique arabe commune à travers certains efforts arabes pour coordonner une cinémathèque arabe unifiée qui sera une mémoire pour les peuples arabes en renforçant la réalité socioculturelle arabe par l'image cinématographique de l'autre. Nous essayons de montrer les efforts des festivals de films arabes dans la promotion de la réalité socioculturelle du cinéma arabe ainsi que celle de la généalogie et de la chronologie de la citoyenneté |
