| 520 | |a تتطلب مكافحة الشائعات عبر الإنترنت تكاتف الجهود وتحمل الأطراف المختلفة مسئولياتها في إطار من مفاهيم التصحيح السريع والانفتاح والتواصل التي ترسخ بيئة أقل قابلية لانتشار الشائعات والأخبار المزيفة وجرائم التزييف العميق؛ حيث أدت الطبيعة المنتشرة في كل مكان لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي إلى وجود كمية كبيرة من بيانات الوسائط المتعددة، وصولا إلى 4.9 مليارات مستخدم حول العالم، ومن خلال استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي يتم التلاعب بالوعي العام والترويج لأفكار ومعلومات مزيفة، وجاءت أهمية البحث في التعرف على مصادر الحروب النفسية والشائعات عبر بيئة الإنترنت والفضاء الإلكتروني وآليات عملها في نشر الأخبار السيئة والإضرار بالمجتمعات ومخاطر الكتائب الإلكترونية، وتم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعلاج مشكلة الشائعات الإلكترونية، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الشائعات والأكاذيب تمثل إحدى أدوات حروب الجيل الخامس عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وأصبحت في منزلة معلوماتية قوية ومؤثرة، وأصبحت وسيلة الاتصال المؤثرة في الأحداث اليومية، ولديها مخاطر على الأمن القومي، وجاءت أهم التوصيات باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير مكافحة نشر الشائعات ومواجهة البوستات والمنشورات السيئة باستخدام (التعلم الآلي، والشبكات العصبية، والخوارزميات، وتحليل المعلومات)، وكذا تطوير استراتيجيات أجهزة الإعلام الأمني بالجهاز الأمني ودعم استراتيجيات الوعى ضد المخاطر داخل المجتمعات. |b Combating online rumors requires concerted efforts and the assumption of their responsibilities by various parties within a framework of the concepts of rapid correction, openness and communication, which establish an environment less susceptible to the spread of rumors, fake news and deepfake crimes, as the ubiquitous nature of social media platforms has led to the generation of a large amount of multimedia data, reaching 4.9 billion users around the world and through the use of artificial intelligence techniques To manipulate public awareness and promote false ideas and information, and the importance of research came in identifying the sources of psychological warfare and rumors through the Internet environment and cyberspace and the mechanisms of their work in spreading bad news and harming societies and the dangers of electronic battalions, and the descriptive analytical approach was used to treat the problem of electronic rumors and the results found that Rumors and lies represent one of the tools of fifth-generation wars through social media platforms and have become a powerful and influential information tool and have become the means of communication influential in daily events and have risks to national security and the most important recommendations came to use artificial intelligence applications in the development of combating the dissemination of rumors and confronting posts "publications" bad using (machine learning, neural net- works, algorithms, and information analysis), as well as the development of Strategies of the security media in the security apparatus and support strategies to raise awareness against risks within societies. | ||
