| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة كفاءة خدمة التعليم المهني في محافظة المثنى، عبر ما توفره مؤسسات التعليمية المهنية من معاهد وإعداديات مهنية، كون التعليم المهني يعد عنصر أساس في العملية التربوية، إذ يساهم في تنمية الموارد البشرية بما يتناسب مع متطلبات وحاجة المجتمع، وقد خلص البحث إلى عدم وجود عجز في المعايير التخطيطية للمدارس المهنية في المحافظة وذلك لقلة الإقبال على التعليم المهني لأسباب عديدة، وهذا بحد ذاته يعد مشكلة تواجه المحافظة بشكل خاص والعراق بشكل عام، كون مخرجات المؤسسة المهنية تمثل الكوادر الوسطية التي تستند عليها عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية في كل مفاصلها وقطاعاتها. |b The study aims to identify the efficiency of the vocational education service in Al-Muthanna Governorate, through what vocational education institutions provide in terms of vocational institutes and preparations, since vocational education forms the basis for the contemporary educational movement, and through it the contemporary society can develop its human resources in line with its demands and needs in the form of programs Intensive workforce planning, and the research concluded that there is no deficit in the planning standards of vocational schools in the governorate due to the lack of demand for vocational education for many reasons, and this in itself is a problem facing the governorate in particular and Iraq in general, since the outputs of vocational education represent the mediating cadres that The wheel of economic development in all its joints and sectors is based on it. | ||
