| المستخلص: | يشكل الحديث النبوي الشريف المصدر الثاني في التشريع الإسلامي يأتي بعد القرآن الكريم، وهو محفوظ أيضاً بما هيأ الله عز وجل له رجالاً يجمعونه ويمحصونه ويحافظون عليه، كل جيل يقلده إلى الجيل الذي يأتي بعده حتى وصلنا مدوناً مصفى؛ لأننا لا نستطيع الاستغناء بالقرآن عنها مهما وصلنا إليه من العلم والمعرفة؛ لأنها مبينة للقرآن وشارحة له، وقد تأتي بحكم جديد، والإمام الترمذي رحمه الله صاحب السنن الشهيرة، من ضمن رواتها فيتم في هذا البحث دراسة الأحاديث النبوية المروية في سننه التي وقع فيها مخالفة لبقية رواة الحديث المعتمدين، مع الأخذ أن الرواة بشر يصيبهم النسيان والوهم وبعض الظروف والأحوال مما يؤثر عليهم، لذلك تتبع العلماء الأحاديث واهتموا بدراستها، وبيان ما ورد في ذلك من أقول خدمة للسنة النبوية. The hadith of the Prophet is the second source in Islamic legislation, after the Holy Qur’an, and it is also preserved by what God Almighty has prepared for it by men who collect it, scrutinize it, and preserve it. Every generation imitates it to the generation that comes after it until we have reached a refined record, because we cannot dispense with the Qur’an about it, no matter how much knowledge and knowledge we have reached. Because it clarifies and explains the Qur’an, and it may bring a new ruling. Imam al-Tirmidhi, may God have mercy on him, is the owner of the famous Sunan, among its narrators. In this research, the hadiths of the Prophet narrated in his Sunnahs are studied, in which there was a contradiction to the rest of the reliable narrators of the hadith, taking into account that the narrators were human beings affected by forgetfulness, delusion, and some circumstances and conditions that affect them, so the scholars followed the hadiths and paid attention by studying it. Studying it and explaining what was stated in that of the sayings of service to the Sunnah of the Prophet. |
