| 520 | |a لقد شهدت الوظيفة الشرطية توسعا غير مسبوق في الواجبات والمسؤوليات، بسبب التطور المجتمعي والتحول الرقمي وتعدد احتياجات الإنسان المعاصر، بحيث أصبح ضابط الشرطة يمارس أدوارا اجتماعية وإنسانية وأمنية في مواقف متنوعة وغير معهودة. ومع ازدياد وتعقيد المهام والتحديات الأمنية، يبرز التعليم الشرطي كأداة محورية لإعداد وتأهيل الجيل القادم من ضباط الشرطة. وهو ما يثير التساؤل حول مدى استجابة المناهج الدراسية وطرق التدريس المطبقة حاليا في أكاديميات وكليات الشرطة الخليجية للمتغيرات الأمنية والتحديات المعاصرة. بالرغم من التطور والتقدم الذي حققته المجتمعات الخليجية في مختلف مجالات الحياة، وتطور أنماط الجريمة تبعا لذلك، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعليم الشرطي لم يشهد تطورا وتحديثا مماثلا، مما يبرز الحاجة لإحداث تغيير جذري في التعليم الشرطي الخليجي الحالي، ويستدعي إجراء مراجعة شاملة للمناهج وطرق التدريس الحالية، في ضوء كلا من المتغيرات الأمنية على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي والدولي، ووفق أفضل الممارسات التعليمية العالمية، لتحقيق المهنية والاحترافية في الأداء الشرطي الخليجي. |b The police profession function has witnessed an unprecedented expansion of duties and responsibilities, mainly due to societal development, digital transformation, and multiple needs of the contemporary human being, in which the police officer has become involved in social, humanitarian and security roles in diverse and unusual situations. Given the increasing complexity of policing tasks and security challenges, police education is emerging as a vital tool for preparing and qualifying the next generation of police officers. This raises the question about the extent to which the curricula and teaching methods currently applied in the Gulf Police Academies and Colleges are responding adequately to security changes and future challenges. Despite the development and progress achieved by Gulf societies in various areas of life, and accordingly the development of crime patterns, the study has found that police education has not witnessed a similar improvement and modernization, which raises the need for a radical change in the current Gulf police education, and urges for a comprehensive review of the current curricula and teaching methods, in light of the security changes at the national, regional and international levels, and in accordance with the best international educational practices, to achieve professionalism and professionalism in the Gulf police performance. | ||
