| المستخلص: | يحاول هذا البحث الوصول لخريطة دقيقة لمستويات المعيشة في مناطق مدينة الجيزة المختلفة وبالفعل تم تطبيق التحليل العنقودي لبعض المتغيرات السكانية والسكنية من البيانات الرسمية ككثافة السكان الصافية ونصيب الفرد من سنوات التعليم وكنصيب الفرد من المساحة السكنية ونوعية السكن ونسبة المباني التي تحتاج للترميم، وبالدراسة الميدانية تم ملاحظة بعض المشاكل في نتائج التحليل العنقودي مثل وجود فوارق واضحة في بعض المناطق بين نتائج التحليل العنقودي وبين الواقع وللوصول لخريطة دقيقة وتفصيلية لمستويات المعيشة بمدينة الجيزة تم عمل تدقيق ميداني للوصول الصورة أكثر واقعية عن مستويات المعيشة في جميع مناطق مدينة الجيزة، وتم التوصل لوجود تسع مناطق فقط مرتفعة في مستوى المعيشة وإحدي عشر منطقة متوسطة وسبعة وثلاثين منطقة فقيرة بأنحاء المدينة. This research aims to develop an accurate map of living standards in the different areas of the city of Giza. Indeed, cluster analysis has been applied to some population and housing variables extracted from official data, such as net population density, per capita years of education, per capita housing space, quality of housing, and the percentage of buildings that need restoration. After performing the field study, some issues were observed in the cluster analysis outcomes, such as the apparent differences found in some areas between reality and the results of the cluster analysis. In order to reach an accurate and detailed map of the living standards in the city of Giza, a field audit was carried out to achieve a more realistic picture of the living standards in all areas of the city of Giza. It was found that there are only nine districts with a high standard of living, eleven districts with an average standard of living, and thirty-seven poor districts across the city. |
