| المستخلص: | يعني هذا البحث باستخلاص الأسباب التي من أجلها ترك يحيى القطان أحاديث بعض الرواة، من خلال استقراء الرواة الذين قيل فيهم: تركه يحيى القطان" أو نحو هذا، والوقوف على مدى تشدده في الحكم على الرواة، وأثر تشدده، ثم مقارنته بغيره من النقاد، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: أن القطان قد يوافق النقاد في بعض الأسباب لكنه يخالفهم في تفاصيله الدقيقة، مثل خوارم المروءة، وأن القطان يعتبر من المتشددين، وأن تركه التحديث عن الراوي لا يعني اتهامه، وأن القطان قد يترك حديث الراوي دون ذكر الأسباب، كما أن له تراجعات كثيرة، وهي مما سأعتني بدراستها في دراسات قادمة بإذن الله تعالى. The research being dealth with investigates into incorporating the reasons because of which Yahya Al-Qattan relinquished and abandoned the hadiths (The prophets traditions) which are ascribed definitely to some Hadith narrators through the inductions which are attributed to the narrators to whom it was said "Yehia Al-Qattan forsaked" or likewise and to decide primarily on how far Yahya Al-Qattan was hardliner ensuing to which drawing a comparison with other critics. No less important, of the foremost fconclusions reached by Al-Qattan was the fact that Al-Qattan may agree with the critics as regards some of the reasons but he opposes them at some neat details as in the case with Khuarm Almeroua. To add, Al Qattan is deemed to be hardliner and to mention that he abandoned what comes as new and freshly formulated and proposed by the narrator does not mean that he is keenly interested, adding that Al Qattan may leave the narrator Hadith without even mentioning the ulterior reasons. Remarkably mentioned, Al Qattan has many reversals which will be highlighted in my standpoint further in upcoming studies, Allah willing. |
