| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الراهن إلى الوقوف على أدوار المنصة التعليمية الإلكترونية في دعم وتطوير التعليم الجامعي، وإحداث التفاعل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني بين الأطراف التعليمية في جامعة الزقازيق كتنظيم اجتماعي، تطبيقا على كليتي العلوم والآداب. واستند البحث كموجه نظري إلى النظريات الآتية: النسق الاجتماعي – الشبكات الاجتماعية – التفاعل الاجتماعي – التفاعلية الرمزية – التعليم الإلكتروني. واستخدمت الباحثة أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة تطبيقا على عينة بلغت (120) مفردة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليتي العلوم والآداب في جامعة الزقازيق، واستخدمت – أيضا - أسلوب المقارنة، واعتمدت على أدوات بحثية كالاستبيان الإلكتروني والأخر التقليدي، والملاحظة بالمشاركة، والأداة الإحصائية (كا2). دلت النتائج على أن المنصة التعليمية كأداة للتعليم الجامعي الإلكتروني تقوم بدور مهم في تحقيق أهداف التعليم الجامعي وتطويره، لأنها يسرت الطلاب الحصول على المقررات الدراسية بسهولة في أي مكان، وفي أي وقت، ولقد ساعدت المنصة على إحداث التفاعل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني بين الطلاب وبين أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وبين الطلاب أنفسهم، وأيضا بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعضهم بعضا. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك بعض المعوقات التي تقابل تفعيل أدوار المنصة التعليمية بجامعة الزقازيق في تحقيق أهدافها التنظيمية، والتعليمية منها خاصة كالمعوقات التكنولوجية، والمادية، والتعليمية، والثقافية، وعلى جامعة الزقازيق تطوير البنية التحتية التقنية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتكنولوجيا التعليم منها خاصة، لتفعيل أدوار المنصة التعليمية بالشكل المطلوب. The importance of the current research and its objectives are determined by standing on the roles of the electronic educational platform in supporting or developing university education, and creating electronic social interaction between the educational parties at Zagazig University as a social organization, applied to the Faculties of Science and Arts. The research was based as a theoretical guide on the following theories: Technical social pattern- social networks- social interaction- symbolic interaction- e-learning. The researcher used the sample survey method applied to a sample of (12.) faculty members in the Faculties of Science and Arts at Zagazig University, and also used the comparison method, and relied on research tools such as the electronic and traditional questionnaire, participation observation, and the statistical tool (Chi-Squre). The results indicated that the educational platform as a tool for e-university education plays an important role in achieving the goals of university education and its development, because it facilitated students to obtain courses easily anywhere and at any time, and the platform helped to create electronic social interaction between students and faculty members. The results indicated that there are some obstacles that correspond to activating the roles of the educational platform at Zagazig University in achieving its organizational and educational objectives, especially such as technological, material, educational, and cultural obstacles, and Zagazig University has to develop the technical infrastructure. information technology, and educational technology in particular. |
