| المستخلص: | أن ممارسات الفن لها تأثيرها الإيجابي على تنمية الحواس، فهي تتيح للحواس وبعض من أعضاء الجسم، كالبصر واللمس، فرصة كبيرة لتناول الخامات، ومعالجات متنوعة، وهذا يساعد على تنمية الحواس، والقدرة على التمييز بين الأشكال والهيئات والصور والألوان وغيرها، وعلى توظيف العضلات الصغيرة والكبيرة، وبالتالي اكتساب المهارات اليدوية. إن ممارسات الفن لها أهميتها لدى الكثير من ذوي الاحتياجات التربوية الخاصة الذين يميل بعضهم للعزلة والانسحاب، وذلك بسبب ما يترتب على إعاقتهم من أحساس بضعف قدراتهم على التنافس والمشاركة، فتقلل هذه الإنجازات في الفن، ومن شعورهم بالقصور والدونية، وتنمي لديهم الشعور بالثقة بالنفس. تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على محددات وفرص تأثير تقنيات إعلام المجتمعات المعاصرة على تمكين الشباب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للتعامل مع التعليم الإلكتروني، ومن ثم دمجهم في جسم المجتمع، أسريا ومجتمعيا. تناقش هذه الورقة البحثية تعزيز التعليم باستخدام التكنولوجيا في دمج وتمكين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في جسم المجتمع، وإتاحة المحتوي على شبكة المعلومات الدولية (الإنترنت)، ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الواقع الراهن للقائمين على التعليم الإلكتروني وما تم بذله من جهود ومبادرات لإتاحة المعلومات على الشبكة العنكبوتية من أجل دمجهم في جسم المجتمع وتساهم هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المطلوب من الهيئات والمؤسسات والحكومات من أجل وضع حلول عملية وتنموية الجهود المبذولة من أجل الدمج والتمكين، والإتاحة، والمشاركة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية Studies Descriptive حيث يرتبط مفهوم البحث الوصفي بدراسة واقع الأحداث والظواهر والمواقف والآراء وتحليلها، وتفسيرها بغرض الوصول إلى استنتاجات مفيدة، إما لتصحيح هذا الواقع، أو تحديثه، أو استكماله، أو تطويره، وتمثل هذه الاستنتاجات فهما للحاضر، يستهدف توجيه المستقبل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إكساب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مختلف المعارف والاتجاهات والقيم والمهارات التي تؤهلهم للمشاركة الإيجابية الفعالة في الإبداع الفني وكذلك تغيير نظرة المجتمع لهم ولمفهوم الإعاقة واستبدال ثقافة تهميشهم بثقافة تمكينهم ومساعدتهم في تحرير أنفسهم من الاستسلام للمؤثرات التي تعيق تفاعلهم بشكل سوي مع الأخرين. وتقدم هذه الدراسة العديد من التوصيات المطلوبة للنهوض بالأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ودمجهم في الأسرة والمجتمع، وتمكين ذوي الإعاقة داخل المجتمع عن طريق استخدام لغة العصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتسهيل الحياة بكافة النواحي باستخدام تكنولوجيا لتطوير المجتمع بكل فئاته وخاصة فئة ذوي الإعاقة عن طريق البرمجيات وتطبيقات الهواتف المحمولة، بهدف ابتكار تطبيقات تساعد على الإبداع الفني لذوي الإعاقة بجميع أنواع الإعاقات وتكون متاحة للجميع. The practices of art are important to many people with special educational needs, some of whom tend to isolate and withdraw, because of the feeling that their disability results in a weak ability to compete and participate. These achievements in art reduce their feelings of inadequacy and inferiority, and develop their sense of self-confidence. The problem of the study is to identify the determinants and opportunities for the impact of contemporary societies media technologies on enabling young people with special needs to deal with e-learning, and then integrate them into the body of society, both family and community. This research paper discusses the promotion of education using technology to integrate and empower people with special needs in the body of society, and to make content available on the Internet and social networking sites. This study seeks to identify the current reality of those in charge of e-learning and the efforts and initiatives that have been made to make information available on the Internet in order to integrate them into the body of society. Inclusion, empowerment, availability and participation of people with special needs. This study belongs to the descriptive studies, where the concept of descriptive research is related to the study of the reality of events, phenomena, attitudes and opinions, and their analysis, and interpretation, in order to reach useful conclusions, either to correct this reality, update it, complete it, or develop it, and these conclusions represent an understanding of the present, aimed at directing the future. This study aims to provide people with special needs with various knowledge, attitudes, values and skills that qualify them for active positive participation in artistic creativity, as well as changing the society’s view of them and the concept of disability and replacing the culture of their marginalization with a culture of empowerment and helping them free themselves from the influences that hinder their interaction with others. This study presents many recommendations required for the advancement of people with special needs and their integration into the family and society, and the empowerment of people with disabilities within society by using the language of the age (information technology) to facilitate life in all aspects by using technology to develop society in all its categories, especially the category of people with disabilities through software and mobile applications With the aim of creating applications that help the artistic creativity of people with all kinds of disabilities and be available to all. |
