| المستخلص: | جددت الحرب الدائرة بين روسيا وأوكرانيا بوصفها حرب "Wartok" الجدل بشأن تأثير المنصات الاجتماعية على عملية تلقي وتفاعل الجمهور مع الحروب والثورات والنزاعات المسلحة، فمع انتشار مقاطع الفيديو القصيرة في قوالب عسكرية وقصص إنسانية لمواطنين من موقع المعارك، برز تأثيرها ودورها الفعال في نقل الأحداث وخلق التعاطف وتشكيل الرأي العام، ومنه أصبحت تلك المنصات أداة رئيسة في إدارة الأزمات والحروب، بعدما أصبح المجال الافتراضي جزءا من المجال السياسي والعسكري يمكن من خلاله تلافي الرقابة التي قد تفرضها على المصادر الإعلامية التقليدية. وعليه، يركز بحثنا حول الدور البارز لتوظيف المنصات الاجتماعية في الحروب من خلال نموذج منصة "تيك توك" خلال الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، بما أتاحته من فرص وما استتبعته من إشكاليات انتشار الفيديوهات الزائفة عبرها في مقابل بروز تقنيات كشف التضليل، وهو ما يستوجب تعزيز آليات التحقق من المعلومات وإشراك الجمهور في كشف التضليل والتزييف خلال الأزمات والحروب. The Russian-Ukrainian War as the “wartok” renewed the debate about the impact of social platforms on the process of receiving and interacting public with wars, revolutions and armed conflicts. With the spread of short video clips in military formats or human stories of citizens from the battlefield, the influence and effective role of social platforms in transmitting events and creating sympathy and shaping public opinion emerged. From which these platforms became a major tool in wars and crises managing, after the virtual field became part of the political and military field through the possibility to avoid censorship imposed on traditional media sources. Accordingly, our research focuses on the prominent of employing social platforms in wars through the model of “Tik Tok” application during the Russian-Ukrainian war with the opportunities it provided and the ensuing problem of the spread of false and misleading videos through them in exchange for the emergence of misleading detection techniques. Which requires strengthening methods and techniques verify information and involve the public in exposing misinformation and forgery during wars and crises. |
