| المستخلص: | رغم كثرة الكتابات التي تناولت تطورات القضية الفلسطينية في كافة مراحلها، فإنه لم يسبق وجود أية دراسة خاصة بموقف البرلمان الأردني من قضية الشعب الفلسطيني، ومن ثم فإن هذا المبحث يحاول إلقاء الضوء على الموقف الرسمي للنواب الأردنيين، وذلك في معالجتهم لمختلف القضايا الفلسطينية بعد عام ١٩٤٨، ولا سيما بعد قرار وحدة الضفتين عام ١٩٥٠، والذي ترتب عليه اختيار نصف أعضاء مجلس النواب الأردني من بين الشخصيات الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية. وبعدما أصبح البرلمان الأردني يضم في تكوينه ممثلين عن الجانب الفلسطيني، انعكس هذا الأمر على نوعية المناقشات الخاصة بالقضية الفلسطينية، حيث نال كل ما يرتبط بها حيزا واضحا في مواقف أعضاء مجلس النواب، وذلك من واقع معايشتهم لكافة المشكلات الخاصة بأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني على أرض الواقع، ومن ناحية أخرى فإن خطاب العرش للحكومة الأردنية كان حريصا في افتتاح كل هيئة برلمانية على وضع سياسات محددة لعلاج تداعيات القضية الفلسطينية، سواء كان ذلك من خلال وجهة النظر الأردنية أو العربية، بما يتفق مع الحقوق المشروعة للفلسطينيين. وتحاول الدراسة رصد الموقف الرسمي للمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في معالجتها للقضية الفلسطينية، خاصة ما يتعلق بسياسات الحكومة والبرلمان الأردني، ولذا تطرقت إلى العديد من القضايا المهمة والتي من بينها الموقف من قرار التقسيم، وما يرتبط بحرب فلسطين وتداعياتها في الأوساط العربية والفلسطينية، والموقف من إعلان حكومة عموم فلسطين في عزة، والوحدة الأردنية الفلسطينية وما ترتب عليها بالنسبة للجانب الفلسطيني. Despite the large number of writings that dealt with the developments of the Palestinian cause in all its stages, there has never been any study of the position of the Jordanian Parliament on the issue of the Palestinian people, and therefore this topic attempts to shed light on the official position of Jordanian MPs, in their treatment of various Palestinian issues after 1948, especially after the decision to unite the two banks in 1950, which resulted in the selection of half of the members of the Jordanian House of Representatives from among the Palestinian personalities in the West Bank And after the Jordanian parliament included in its composition representatives from the Palestinian side, this was reflected in the quality of the discussions on the Palestinian issue, as everything related to it gained a clear space in the positions of the members of the House of Representatives, due to the fact that they lived with all the problems of the Palestinian people on the ground On the other hand, the Jordanian government’s throne speech was keen, at the opening of each parliamentary body, to set specific policies to address the repercussions of the Palestinian issue, whether from the Jordanian or Arab point of view, in accordance with the legitimate rights of the Palestinians. The study attempts to monitor the official position of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in its treatment of the Palestinian issue, especially with regard to the policies of the Jordanian government and parliament.
