| المستخلص: | تتناول هذه الدراسة الإجراءات التي اتخذتها المكتبات الجامعية الأجنبية في مصر للتصدي لجائحة كورونا من خلال تعامل هذه المكتبات مع جمهور المستفيدين خلال فترة الإغلاق الكلي والتغيرات التي طرأت على الخدمات المكتبية خلال تلك الفترة، كما تتناول أيضا رصد للإجراءات التي اتخذتها تلك المكتبات للافتتاح الجزئي من حيث الإجراءات الوقائية، والتواصل مع جمهور المستفيدين، والخدمات المكتبية، ودعم العاملين. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الميداني، حيث يعد مناسبا لطبيعة هذه الدراسة التي تضم أربعة مكتبات جامعية أجنبية على أرض مصر لرصد الإجراءات التي اتخذتها لمواجهة فيروس كورونا وتقديم خدماتها وربط ذلك بالواقع، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج لعل أبرزها هي أن مكتبة الجامعة الأمريكية أكثر المكتبات إتباعا للإجراءات الوقائية، كما حرصت جميع المكتبات الجامعية الأجنبية عينة الدراسة على التواصل مع جمهور المستفيدين في فترة إغلاق المكتبات أبوابها، وعند الافتتاح الجزيئي حرصت جميع المكتبات الجامعية عينة الدراسة على إطلاق خدمات جديدة. This study deals with the measures taken by foreign university libraries in Egypt to avoid the Corona virus, Through the dealing of these libraries with the audience of beneficiaries during the period of total closing and the changes that occurred in the library services during that period. It also deals with the procedures taken by those libraries to partially open in terms of precautionary measures, communication with the public of audiences, library services, and support for workers. The study relied on the survey method, as it is appropriate for the nature of this study, which includes four foreign university libraries on the land of Egypt to monitor the measures it has taken to confront the Corona virus. The study has reached several results, perhaps the most prominent of which is that the American University Library is the most library following preventive measures, and all foreign university libraries, the study sample, were keen to communicate with the audience of beneficiaries during the period of closing their doors, and upon the partial opening, all university libraries, the study sample, were keen to launch new services. |
