| المستخلص: | يعرض هذا البحث موضوع التأمين التكافلي من خلال بيت الجماعة في توات بالجنوب الغربي الجزائري، مبينا أقسام التأمين عموما، والتأمين التكافلي خصوصا، مع تقديم دراسة ميدانية واقعية في منطقة تسابيت أدرار، متمثلة في بيت الجماعة الذي يجسد مبدأ التأمين التكافلي في توات. ولما كان بيت الجماعة لا يزال قائما على نفس النظام الذي أسس عليه، فإن بعض موارده إندرست، كما أن بعض نفقاته لم تعد ضرورية للمجتمع، فحاولت جاهدا أن ابحث عن آليات ترقيته وإعادة هيكلته، ثم الخلوص إلى أهم النتائج والتوصيات. This research deals with the topic of solidary insurance through the House of Community in Tuat in the South-west of Algeria. It discusses insurance in general and specifically solidarity insurance, providing a realistic field study in the region of Tsabit in the Province of Adrar represented by Bayt al-Jama'a (the House of Community) which embodies the principle of solidarity insurance in Tuat. Since Bayt al-Jama'a still operates under the same system it was established upon, some of its resources have become scarce, and some of its expenses are no longer necessary for the community. Therefore, I will try to investigate mechanisms for its improvement and restructuring, concluding by a presentation of the most important findings and recommendations. |
