| المستخلص: | This paper aims to analyze innovation and the competitiveness of the Algerian economy, starting from the hypothesis that the Algerian economy will remain inefficient as long as the conditions for the development of innovation and consequently of the competitiveness are not established by fundamental structural reforms. To explain this, we have analyzed the factors determining innovation and competitiveness, in particular those taken into consideration by the World Economic Forum in the construction of the index of innovation and of competitiveness. Cet article a pour objet l’analyse de l’innovation et de la compétitivité de l’économie algérienne, en partant de l’hypothèse que l’économie algérienne demeurera inefficiente tant que les conditions permissives au développement de l’innovation et conséquemment de la compétitivité ne sont pas établies par des réformes structurelles de fond. Pour l’expliciter nous avons analysé les facteurs déterminants l’innovation et la compétitivité notamment ceux pris en considération par le World Economic Forum dans a construction de l’index de l’innovation et de compétitivité. |
