| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى بيان إشكالية الفهم المغلوط والتطبيق السيء لبعض النصوص الدينية والأقوال التراثية عند جماعات الغلو والتطرف، ومن بين هذه النصوص: الأحاديث النبوية الواردة بشأن تقسيم العالم إلى دار إسلام ودار حرب، وقد أكد البحث أن هذا التقسيم لم يرد به نص قطعي الدلالة والثبوت، وإنما هو من صنيع الفقهاء نظرا للظروف التي عاشوها وقتذاك، وتكمن إشكالية الفهم والتطبيق لهذه الأحاديث في اعتبار البلاد الإسلامية اليوم بلاد كفر وحرب، وتكفير المسلمين، واستباحة دمائهم المعصومة، وقد ترتب على هذه الإشكالية كثير من الآثار السلبية والتي منها: تخريب البلاد الإسلامية وتدميرها وزعزعة الأمن والاستقرار المجتمعي وتشويه صورة الإسلام والمسلمين، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة رصد المواقع الإلكترونية والقنوات التليفزيونية والكتابات العلمية التي تثير الشبهات والإشكاليات المتعلقة بمفهوم دار الإسلام والحرب، ومحاولة حصر هذه الشبهات وجمعها في مؤلف علمي جاد يستطيع تفنيدها ونقضها والرد عليها، مع بيان الفهم الصحيح لها. |b The paper aims at clarifying the problem of misunderstanding and bad implementation of some religious texts and traditional sayings by extremist groups or individuals. Among these texts: the hadiths of the Prophet concerning the division of the world into Dar Al-Islam (Lands of peace) and Dar Al-Harb (Lands of War). The research paper confirms that the latter division has never been deduced from a definitive text neither in terms of indication nor authenticity. Rather, it is an interpretation of the jurists according to the circumstances they lived in at that time. The problem of understanding and implementation of these hadiths lies in considering Muslim countries today as countries of infidelity and war as a result of accusing Muslims of blasphemy permitting their inviolable blood. In fact, this problem has many negative effects, including sabotage, destroy, and destabilize Muslim countries Security, societal instability, distorting the image of Islam and Muslims. The study recommends monitoring websites, television channels, and academic publications that raise such suspicions and problems related to the concept of Dar Al-Islam and Dar Al-Harb, and try to count these misconceptions and collect them in a serious academic paper that can refute, dissolve and respond to them, with a correct understanding of them. | ||
