| المستخلص: | الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة الكويت والتحديات التي تواجهها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس خلال العام الدراسي 2019/ 2020. المنهج: استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الدراسة أداتين: الأولى لقياس واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية مكونة من خمسة مجالات، والثانية لقياس التحديات في تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية مكونة من أربعة مجالات، ونفذت إجراءات الصدق والثبات المعتادة لمثل هذه الدراسة، واستخدم الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي المتمثل في اختبار (ت)، ومعامل التحليل الأحادي، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون، واختيرت عينة طبقية عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، تكونت من 250 عضو هيئة تدريس. النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة الكويت جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء مجال التخطيط الإلكتروني بدرجة مرتفعة، ومجال التحفيز الإلكتروني بدرجة منخفضة، وباقي المجالات بدرجة متوسطة، وبالنسبة لتحديات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية جاءت مجالاتها الأربعة بدرجة متوسطة، وبالمرتبة الأولى جاء مجال التحديات التنظيمية، ثم مجال التحديات المالية، ثم مجال التحديات البشرية، وبالمرتبة الأخيرة مجال التحديات التقنية، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة. الخاتمة: يستخلص من الدراسة أن تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة الكويت في حاجة إلى تفعيل أكثر من خلال مواجهة التحديات التي تم التوصل إليها وحلها لاستخدامها على نطاق واسع في الجامعة. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to identify reality of applying electronic administration at Kuwait University and the challenges it faces as perceived by their faculty members, through the academic year 2019/2020. Method: the descriptive approach was followed by using tow questionnaire to collect the data needed for the study, The fist was to measure the reality of applying electronic administration at Kuwait university and its included 35 ietms and divided into five main dimension, the second was to measure the challenges of applying electronic administration and its included 21 items and divided into four main dimension. The validity and reliability were used, SPSS was used, (T-test, One-Way- ANOVA) and Pearson Correlation were the major statistical procedure. Results: A sample of 250 faculty members in Kuwait university was chosen by random stratified, and the study show that the reality of applying electronic administra¬tion at Kuwait university was medium, The domain of electronic planning was high degree, and the domain of electronic stimulation was low degree, and the rest of domains were medium, As for the domains of challenges of using electronic management were medium, The organizational challenges placed first, then the field of financial challenges, then the field of human challenges, while technical challenges placed last, and There were no statistically significant differences according to the variables of gender, and experi¬ence. Conclusion: It is concluded from the study that the application of electronic management needs to be activated more by facing the challenges that have been reached and solving them to raise the degree of application of electronic management at Kuwait University. |
