| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث أثر اختلاف نمطى ممارسة النشاط ببيئة تدريبية قائمة على الفصل المقلوب في إكساب موظفي الهيئة العامة للتخطيط العمراني لمهارات الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، وقد تم إجراء التجربة على عينة مكونة من (70) موظفاً من الهيئة العامة للتخطيط العمراني بوزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، وقسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين تجريبيتين ( مجموعة (1) مارست الأنشطة التدريبية بالنمط الفردي - مجموعة (2) مارست الأنشطة التدريبية بالنمط التعاوني)، واستخدم البحث أداتين بحثيتين؛ هما: (اختبار التحصيل المعرفي المرتبط بالمهارات - بطاقة ملاحظة أداء تلك المهارات)، وبعد تطبيق أدوات البحث قبلياً وبعدياً ببيئة التعلم التدريبية على أفراد العينة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التي أشارت إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات متدربي العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة أداء المهارات لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يؤكد فاعلية بيئة التدريب الصف المقلوب في زيادة التحصيل المعرفي وأداء المهارات، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة ممارسة النشاط الفردي ودرجات مجموعة ممارسة النشاط التعاوني في القياس البعدي اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة الأداء العملي للمهارات لصالح مجموعة ممارسة النشاط التعاوني؛ لذا يوصي البحث بأهمية استخدام بيئة الصف المقلوب كأحد بيئات التدريب الفعالة، ونمط ممارسة النشاط التعاوني في تحصيل، وأداء مهارات الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. The research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the two styles of practicing the activity in a training environment based on the flipped classroom in the achievement of the employees of the General Organization for physical Planning for the skills of the statistical package for the social sciences. The experiment was conducted on a sample of (70) employees from GOPP at the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities. The sample was divided into two experimental groups (Group (1) practiced training activities in an individual style - Group (2) practiced training activities in a cooperative style). The research used two research tools; They are: (cognitive achievement test related to skills - a note card for the performance of those skills). After applying the research tools before and after, and applying the training environment to the sample members, the results were reached, which indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the sample trainees in the pre- and post-application of the cognitive achievement test. A skill performance observation card in favor of the post application, which confirms the effectiveness of the flipped training environment in increasing cognitive achievement and skill performance. The results of the research indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the individual activity group and the cooperative activity group scores on the cognitive achievement test. On the practical performance of the skills in favor of the cooperative activity practice group, and this result confirms the importance of using the cooperative activity practice style in acquiring the practical performance of the skills |
