| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة دور الاختبارات الاسقاطية في تشخيص واقع الاضطرابات الجنسية لدى الأطفال، حيث أن هذه الاضطرابات لطالما اتسمت بالغموض نظرا لصعوبة البوح بها، وهذا ما قد يعقد رصد أعراضها لاحقا، ويزداد هذا التعقيد تبعا لمتغير السن خاصة في مرحلة الطفولة، فالطفل قد يعاني من افتقار اللغة للتعبير عن مشاكله. ولهذا فالاختبارات الاسقاطية تسمح بالغور في أعماق الحياة اللاشعورية لطبيعة مادتها الغامضة والمبهمة، كما تمكن الطفل من التعبير عن واقعه الداخلي بطريقة غير مباشرة وبمثيرات بعيدة تماما عن واقعه الأصلي. ومن بين أهم الاختبارات الاسقاطية المعمول بها في الميدان العيادي والتي تعمل على تشخيص العديد من الاضطرابات النفسية والمعاناة التي يمر بها الطفل، نجد رائز خروف القدم السوداء والذي تدور حوله هذه الدراسة حيث نستطيع من خلال بعض بطاقاته الكشف عن بعض الاضطرابات الجنسية التي يصعب إدراكها حسيا والتعبير عنها لفظيا والتي تصعب الأساليب الأخرى كالمقابلة العيادية والمقاييس النفسية في الكشف عنها. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المقاربة السيكودينامية كسند نظري لتحليل واقع الاضطرابات الجنسية لدى الأطفال من خلال السياق التقمصي الذي يتحدد عن طريق فك عقدة أوديب وأن أي فشل في تلك السيرورات النفسية قد يؤدي إلى ظهور مشاكل جنسية لاحقا. This paper aims to study the role of projective tests in diagnosing the reality of sexual disorders in children, as these disorders have always been characterized by ambiguity, due to the difficulty of revealing them, and this may complicate the monitoring of their symptoms later, and this complexity increases according to the variable of age, especially in childhood, as the child may suffer because of the lack of language to express his problems. Therefore, the projective tests allow delving into the depths of the unconscious life due to the nature of its vague material, as well as enabling the child to express his inner reality in an indirect way and with stimuli that are completely far from his original reality. Among the most important projective tests applied in the clinical field, which works to diagnose many psychological disorders and the suffering that the child goes through, we find the black- footed sheep’s test, which this study revolves around, as we can, through some of its cards, detect some sexual disorders that are difficult to perceive sensory and express verbaly, which is difficult for other methods such as the clinical interview and the psychological scales to detect. To achieve the aim of study the psychodynamic approach was relied upon as theoretical basis for analyzing the reality of sexual disorders in children through the Oedipus compkex, and that any failure in these psychological processes may lead to the emergence of sexual problems later. |
