| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطوير مبادرة المدارس الخضراء بسلطنة عمان في ضوء برنامج المدارس الأيكولوجية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن برنامج المدارس الأيكولوجية تم تنفيذه في عدد 72 دولة في جميع قارات العالم. وأن البرنامج تضمن سبعة مراحل رئيسة هي: تشكيل فريق عمل يتولى مسؤولية البرنامج، وإجراء مراجعة بيئية للتعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف في البيئة المدرسية، وبناء خطة عمل بيئية، ومراقبة وتقييم التقدم، وإشراك أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي، وإنشاء الكود الأيكولوجي الخاص بالمدرسة. كما تضمن البرنامج تسعة مجالات من الأنشطة هي: الطاقة، والمخلفات، والنفايات، والمياه، والتصورات العالمية، والنقل، والحياة الصحية، والتنوع البيولوجي، والأراضي المدرسية. وأوصت الدراسة بقيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بالانضمام إلى برنامج المدارس الأيكولوجية، والاستفادة بما لديه من خبرات وما يمكن أن يقدمه من دعم بشري ومادي لمبادرة المدارس الخضراء في سلطنة عمان، وتوسيع مبادرة المدارس الخضراء وتنفيذها في جميع محافظات السلطنة؛ وذلك من خلال خطة استراتيجية لهذه المبادرة، واستحداث قسم إداري خاص بتلك المبادرة في وزارة التربية والتعليم، والمديريات التعليمية التابعة لها؛ ويختص بالإشراف عليها، ومتابعة ومراقبة وتقويم أنشطتها، وتقديم الدعم اللازم لها، وزيادة ميزانية المدارس المشاركة في تلك المبادرة حتى تتمكن من تنفيذ المشروعات البيئية بجودة وتميز، وقيام إدارات المدارس بعقد شراكات فعّالة مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي؛ والاستفادة بما لديها من خبرات فنية وموارد مادية ومالية في دعم مشروعات وبرامج المبادرة . |b The current study aimed to develop the Green Schools initiative in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the Eco-Schools Program, study used a descriptive method, also used Document analysis to collect data and information. The results of the study showed that the eco-schools program was implemented in 72 countries on all continents of the world. And that the program included seven main phases: forming a work team to assume responsibility for the program, conducting an environmental review to identify strengths and weaknesses in the school environment, building an environmental action plan, monitoring and evaluating progress, involving parents and the local community, and establishing the school's eco-code. The program also included nine areas of activities: energy, waste, waste, water, global perceptions, transportation, healthy living, biodiversity, and school grounds. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education join the Eco-Schools Programme, benefit from its expertise and the human and material support it can provide for the Green Schools Initiative in the Sultanate of Oman, and expand the Green Schools Initiative and implement it in all governorates of the Sultanate. This is done through a strategic plan for this initiative, and the creation of an administrative department for that initiative in the Ministry of Education and its educational directorates. It specializes in supervising, following up, monitoring and evaluating its activities, providing the necessary support to it, increasing the budget of schools participating in that initiative so that they can implement environmental projects with quality and excellence, and for school Management to establish effective partnerships with local community institutions. And benefit from its technical expertise and material and financial resources in supporting the projects and programs of the initiative. | ||
