| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال التوحديين تعزي إلى المؤهل التعليمي للوالدين، والكشف عن الفروق في مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال التوحديين تعزي إلى درجة التوحد، ومدى تأثير العطب المخي على وظائف اللغة والتواصل، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 طفل وطفلة من الأطفال التوحديين، تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية بين 4-5، 7 سنوات من محافظة الفيوم من مراكز علاج وتأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، أدوات الدراسة وهي استمارة الحالة (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس جيليام التقديري لتشخيص التوحد (ترجمة عادل عبد الله، 2006)، مقياس مهارات التواصل للطفل الذاتوي (إعداد إيمان مصطفي حسن، 2012)، نتائج الدراسة: يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال التوحديين تعزي إلى المؤهل التعليمي للوالدين حيث أن الأطفال التوحديين الذين يكون والديهم ذو مؤهل عال يكون لديهم مهارات تواصل أعلى من الأطفال التوحديين الذين يكون والديهم ذوي مؤهل متوسط أو منخفض، يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال التوحديين وفقاً لدرجة التوحد حيث كلما زادت درجة التوحد كلما انخفضت مهارات التواصل لدى الأطفال التوحديين والعكس صحيح، ويؤثر العطب المخي على وظائف اللغة والتواصل. A Self- Reporting Child's Communication Skills Scale (Prepared by Iman Mustafa Hassan. 2012), Results of the study: There are statistically significant differences in the communication skills of autistic children that are attributed to the educational qualification of the parents, as autistic children whose parents are of high qualification have higher communication skills than children with autism whose parents are of medium or low qualification, There are statistically significant differences in the communication skills of autistic children according to the degree and severity of autism, as the greater the degree of the autism, the lower the communication skills of autistic children, and vice versa. And cerebral damage affects language and communication functions. |
