| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في توظيف واستخدام معلم المستقبل لمنصات الموارد التعليمية المفتوحة بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الأداء وزيادة فاعليته. وتلخصت مشكلة الدراسة في سؤالها الرئيس: ما العوامل المؤثرة في توظيف معلم المستقبل لمنصات الموارد التعليمية المفتوحة؟. حيث تفرعت عنه تساؤلات الدراسة الأخرى. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكانت الاستبانة أداة الدراسة الرئيسة. وشمل مجتمع الدراسة معلمو المستقبل الحاصلين على البرامج التدريبية الخاصة بمنصة الموارد السعودية المفتوحة (شمس) في الفصل الثاني للعام الدراسي 1439/1440 هـ وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مائة وأربعة وأربعين تم اختيارهم كعينة عشوائية قصدية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معدل اتجاه عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف منصات الموارد التعليمية المفتوحة كان عاليا جدا. وأن متوسط التحديات التي تواجه عينة الدراسة نحو توظيف واستخدام منصات الموارد التعليمية المفتوحة كان بنسبة متوسطة. واختتمت الدراسة بتقديم عدد من المقترحات التي من شأنها أن تسهم في الارتقاء المعرفي. Factors affecting the recruitment of a future teacher for open educational resource platforms The study aimed to identify the factors affecting the recruitment and use of the future teacher for open educational resource platforms in a manner that contributes to improving the quality of performance and increasing its effectiveness. The study's problem was summarized in its main question: What are the factors affecting the recruitment of the future teacher for open educational resource platforms? Where the other questions branched from him. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was the main study tool. The study community included future teachers who obtained training programs for the Saudi Open Resources Platform (Shams) in the second semester of the academic year 9331/9341 AH. The study sample consisted of one hundred and forty-four who were chosen as a random, intentional sample. The results of the study showed that the average trend of the study sample towards employing open educational resource platforms was very high. And that the average challenges facing the study sample towards employing and using open educational resource platforms were average. The study concluded with a number of proposals that would contribute to the advancement of knowledge. |
