| المستخلص: | "المعجم" سِجِلُّ حضارة عظمى وتراث قيم، لأنه يحوي بين دفتيه ميراث "الكلمة" جذرا واشتقاقا ودلالة وكل ما يتعلق بها فعلا كانت أو اسما. وهو كالمصنع الذي يجمع ما تفرق من الكلمات ليصوغها في أجمل حُلة، ثم يصقلها لتكون جوهرة ثمينة بين يدي القارئ والباحث والمتخصص، ومادة قيمة تترجم الحضارة والتراث. وفي هذا البحث "صناعة المعاجم دراسة وتأليفا، سنعرض عدة أبواب لأربع دراسات متنوعة تتعلق بصناعة المعاجم، ثم يليها بالتدريج تعريف المعجم، وصناعتها، بنظر المتخصصين والدارسين، واللغويين، ومن وجهة نظر الغربيين. و"أنواع المعاجم"، ثم الخاتمة وتختصر أهمية الصناعة، تحديدا "صناعة الكلمة" وبالتالي "صناعة المعاجم". تلك الصناعة التي تفوق صناعة الذهب، بل الألماس في قيمتها وجودتها. The “lexicon” is a record of a great civilization and a valuable heritage as it encompasses, between its pages, the legacy of the word, ranging from its root, derivation, meaning, and everything related to it, be it a verb or a name. Dictionaries are like factories, made to collect dispersed words and formulate them in the most fascinating way, refining them into not only precious gems in the hands of the reader, researcher, and specialist but also into valuable materials that reflect both civilization and heritage.
