| 520 | |a من الصعب التنبؤ بمصير الدول العربية بعد الحراك السياسي والاجتماعي الذي عاشته المنطقة أو ما يسمى بالثورات، فديناميكية الاستقرار التي كانت قائمة على عوامل عسكرية وأمنية، انتقلت اليوم إلى عوامل سياسية واجتماعية تتمحور حول حقوق الإنسان، الحريات والديموقراطية. والتحول الديموقراطي ليس نفسه في جميع الدول، فإن كان هذا التحول في دول مثل مصر، مرتبط بإعادة بناء البنية السياسية، فإن التحول في دول أخرى مثل سوريا واليمن مرتبط بمجابهة النتائج الخطيرة لإعادة بناء مجتمعاتها بعد سنين طويلة من العنف السلطوي. ومن جهة أخرى الإصلاحات السياسية التي جاءت بها دول أخرى لمجابهة الاحتياجات، تبدو هامة وحققت نوعا من الاستقرار السياسي. |b It is difficult to predict the fate of the Arab countries after the political and social upheaval in the region, or the so-called revolutions. The dynamic of stability that was based on military and security factors, today has shifted to political and social factors centered around human rights, freedoms and democracy. Democratic transformation is not the same in all countries. If this transformation in countries such as Egypt is related to rebuilding the political structure, then the transformation in other countries such as Syria and Yemen is linked to confronting the dangerous consequences of rebuilding their societies after many years of authoritarian violence. On the other hand, the political reforms introduced by other countries to meet the needs seem important and have achieved a kind of political stability. | ||
