| المستخلص: | أصبحت ظاهرة العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي Gender-based violence تدرك على أنها مشكلة اجتماعية ومشكلة صحة عامة؛ وهي ظاهرة عالمية تتخطى الحدود الثقافية والجغرافية والدينية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتمثل انتهاكا لحقوق الإنسان؛ وتتسبب بأضرار جسمية ونفسية عديدة قد تصل في كثير من الحالات إلى الوفاة، وقد ركزت التصورات النظرية التي عرضت في هذا البحث على المفهوم وأسبابه مما يدعم تعزيز فهمنا لكيفية منعه أو تقليله أو القضاء النهائي عليه. وقد هدف البحث الحالي إلى توفير رؤية عامة حاسمة للمفهوم والمفهومات الأخرى الرديفة له أو المرتبطة به وتعريفاتها؛ فضلا عن عرض الأطر النظرية التي توضح أسبابه والآثار المترتبة عليه وذلك من خلال عرض الأدبيات والأطر المفاهيمية التي تناولت المفهوم سواءا كانت أطرا نفسية أو اجتماعية أو غيرها. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي أن هناك اتجاهين في التعامل مع المفهوم الأول يقصره بالعنف ضد المرأة فقط والثاني ينظر إلى انه يمكن أحراز قدر كبير من التقدم في فهمه من خلال النظر إليه كونه مشكلة أوسع من انه العنف ضد المرأة فقط. ومن المتوقع أن يسهم البحث الحالي وبشكل فاعل في تحقيق زيادة في التراكم المعرفي المتعلق بالعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي من خلال محاولة تشخيص أسبابه الحقيقية بغية التخفيف منها ومن ثم تجنب أثاره السلبية الخطرة سواء كانت أثارا جسمية أم نفسية أم اجتماعية تهدد كيان الفرد أولا والمجتمع كاملا؛ أما اهم الاستنتاجات فهي ضرورة دراسة العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي من منظور شمولي متكامل وضرورة اعتماد تعريفات إجرائية محددة للمفاهيم التي يتم تناولها في أي بحث أو دراسة عنه بأشكاله المتعددة. The phenomenon of gender-based violence has become recognized as a social and public health problem; It is a global phenomenon that transcends cultural, geographical, religious, social and economic boundaries and represents a violation of human rights; It causes many physical and psychological damages that may in many cases reach death, and the theoretical perceptions presented in this research focused on the concept and its causes, which supports enhancing our understanding of how to prevent, reduce, or finally eliminate it. The current research aimed to provide a decisive general view of the concept and the other concepts associated with it and their definitions. In addition to presenting the theoretical frameworks that clarify its causes and implications, by presenting the literature and conceptual frameworks that dealt with the concept, whether they are psychological, social, or other frameworks. The results of the current research showed that there are two trends in dealing with it; the first concept that limits it to violence against women only. The second considers that a great deal of progress can be made in its understanding by looking at it as a problem that is broader than violence against women only. It is expected that the current research will actively contribute to achieving an increase in knowledge accumulation related to gender-based violence by trying to diagnose its true causes in order to alleviate them and then avoid its dangerous negative effects, whether they are physical, psychological or social effects that threaten the individual entity first and society as a whole. As for the most important conclusions, it is the necessity to study gender-based violence from a holistic, integrated perspective, and the necessity to adopt specific procedural definitions of the concepts that are covered in any research or study about it in its various forms and classifications. |
