| 520 | |a تطرقنا من خلال هذه الدراسة العلمية لموضوع "الإدارة الإلكترونية وانعكاساتها على الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بشركة سوميفوس- بئر العاتر (ولاية تبسة)"، بحيث تهدف دراستنا للتطرق لواقع اعتماد تقنيات الإدارة الإلكترونية من طرف الشركة ومدى انعكاساتها على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين، أين اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي بالإضافة إلى تقنية المقابلة للتأكد من دقة وموضوعية إجابات وتصريحات المبحوثين، وذلك انطلاقا من العينة القصدية والتي تمثلت في الموظفين الإداريين بالشركة، بحيث توصلت دراستنا أن شركة "سوميفوس" تعتمد في تسييرها على تقنيات الإدارة الإلكترونية، كما تبين لنا من خلاله هذه الأخيرة أنه تحققت جودة وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالشركة، وذلك انطلاقا من الدورات التكوينية والبرامج التحفيزية التي التزمت بها الشركة. |b Through this scientific study, which touched on the topic of "electronic management and its implications on job performance in Algerian economic institutions, a field study at Somifos company- Bir El-Ater (wilaya of Tebessa), so that our study aims to touched on the reality of the adoption of electronic management techniques by the company and the extent of their implications on the job performance of employees, where we relied on the descriptive approach in addition to the interview technique to ensure the accuracy and the objectivity of the answers and statements of the respondents, based on the intended sample, which was represented by the administrative employees of the company, so that our study found that the company of Somifos relies on electronic management techniques in its management, as we have found out through this latter; the achievement of the quality and improvement of the company's job performance, based on the training courses and motivational programs that the company has committed to. | ||
