| 520 | |a استهدف البحث الوقوف عن ماهية التغيرات القيمية والأخلاقية لدى الشباب ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي والاستبيان وثلاث مقاييس وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها ما يلى: أظهرت الدراسة أن 98.2% من أفراد العينة الكلية يشعرون بوجود أزمة قيم أخلاقية في المجتمع المصري، خاصة بين شريحة الشباب سواء كانوا من العاملين والموظفين أومن شباب الجامعة، وهذا ما يؤكده الواقع من انتشار جرائم الاختلاس والرشوة وانتشار الفساد بكل صوره وأشكاله المختلفة ولجوء الشباب إلى السلوكيات المنحرفة وإدمانهم للمخدرات والاغتصاب والتحرش الجنسي وانتشار مشاعر السلبية واللامبالاة وفقدان الثقة في الهيئات والقيادات الحكومية. كما كشفت الدراسة أن من أهم مظاهر أزمة القيم الأخلاقية انتشار الفساد بأشكاله المختلفة (الرشوة- النفاق والخداع- الفهلوة- التزوير) والانتهازية والأنانية، الكسب السريع (السمسرة والمضاربة- بناء عمارات بدون مواصفات هندسية مناسبة)، حيث يندرج هذا البحث ضمن نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية في علم الاجتماع، ويتبنى المنهج المزجي؛ نظرا لجمعه بين ما هو نظري وميداني فالطريقة الأولي جاءت مفصلة فحص الأدب التنموي، والوقوف على خبرة التنمية ودور الجمعيات الأهلية في الحفاظ على القيم الأخلاقية الإيجابية، وقع الاختيار على محافظة المنوفية كوحدة مكانية ممثلة للمجتمع المصري، بالتطبيق على عينة عرضية غير احتمالية وصلت إلى 450 مفردة ممثلة لمعظم خصائص المجتمع الأصلي. كما أوضحت الدراسة أن العوامل الاقتصادية من العوامل الرئيسية التي كانت لها دورا هاما في حدوث أزمة القيم الأخلاقية عند الشباب حيث تمثلت هذه العوامل في: انخفاض الدخل، ارتفاع الأسعار، بطالة الشباب، الفقر، سوء العدالة في التوزيع. |b The research aimed to determine what the value and moral changes are among young people. The spread of corruption in all its forms and images, and youth resorting to deviant behaviors, drug addiction, rape and sexual harassment, and the spread of feelings of negativity, indifference and loss of confidence in government organizations and leaders. ) The study also revealed that one of the most important manifestations of the moral values crisis is the spread of corruption in its various forms (bribery - hypocrisy and deception - indecency - forgery), opportunism and selfishness, quick profit (broking and speculation - building blocks of flats without appropriate engineering criteria), Where this research falls within the type of descriptive-analytical studies in sociology, and adopts the blended approach; Due to its combination of the theoretical and the field, the first method came in detail to examine the developmental literature, and to stand on the development experience and the role of NGOs in preserving positive moral values, the choice fell on Menoufia Governorate as a spatial unit representative of the Egyptian society. Applying it to a random, non-probability sample that reached 450 items, representing most of the characteristics of the original community.
