| المستخلص: | إلى محاولة التعرف على مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي وتركيز الانتباه وضبط الذات لدى حكام كرة القدم وكرة اليد، والتعرف على العلاقة بين الاتزان الانفعالي وتركيز الانتباه وضبط الذات، وكذلك محاولة التعرف على الفروق في الاتزان الانفعالي وتركيز الانتباه وضبط الذات بين حكام (كرة القدم- كرة اليد)، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائيا من مجتمع البحث وعددهم (120) حكم عينة أساسية، وذلك بواقع (60) حكم كرة قدم، (60) حكم كرة يد، كما تم اختيار عينة استطلاعية قوامها (40) حكم، وذلك بواقع (20) حكم كرة قدم، (20) حكم كرة يد، واستخدم الباحثان الأدوات التالية (مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي -اختبار شبكة تركيز الانتباه -مقياس ضبط الذات)، وكانت أهم النتائج: أن مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي مرتفع لدى حكام كرة القدم وحكام كرة اليد، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير المستجيب (حكام كرة القدم -حكام كرة اليد)، بالنسبة للمجال الخامس: الاستقرار النفسي، ومجموع مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي، وكانت الفروق لصالح حكام كرة اليد، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير المستجيب (حكام كرة القدم -حكام كرة اليد)، بالنسبة للمجالات الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع من مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي، وأن مستوى تركيز الانتباه لدى حكام كرة القدم أقل من مستوى تركيز الانتباه لدى حكام كرة اليد، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير المستجيب (حكام كرة القدم -حكام كرة اليد)، بالنسبة لمجموع اختبار شبكة تركيز الانتباه، وأن مستوى ضبط الذات مرتفع لدى حكام كرة القدم وحكام كرة اليد، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير المستجيب (حكام كرة القدم -حكام كرة اليد)، بالنسبة لمجموع مقياس ضبط الذات، وأن هناك ارتباطا طرديا قويا بين مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي ومتغيري البحث (تركيز الانتباه -ضبط الذات)، كما أن هناك ارتباطا طرديا قويا بين مستوى تركيز الانتباه وضبط الذات. This research aims to try to identify the level of Emotional Balance of attention focusing and the ability to self-control Between Football and Handball Referees, and also the relation between Emotional Balance of attention focusing and the ability to self-control Between Football and Handball Referees. Also trying to identify the differences between Emotional Balance of attention focusing and the ability to self control Between Football and Handball Referees. The researchers used the descriptive method with the survey method, A random sample has been chosen from the research community and their number is (120) judging from a basic sample, according to (60) soccer referees, (60) handball referees, and an exploratory sample of (40) judgments was chosen, according to (20) judgments. Football (20) handball referees, and the researchers used the following tools (scale of Emotional Balance- Testing the focus attention network- Scale of self-control), the most important results were; that the level of emotional balance is high between the Football and Handball Referees, And the presence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the respondent variable (soccer referees- handball referees), For the fifth domain: psychological stability, the total of the emotional balance scale, the differences were in favor of the handball referees, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the respondent variable (football referees- handball referees), for the first, second, third and fourth domains of the scale Emotional balance, and that the level of attention concentration of football referees is less than the level of attention concentration of handball referees, and there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the respondent variable (football referees- handball referees), for the group of attention concentration network test, And that the level of self-control is high among football referees and handball referees, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the respondent variable (football referees- handball referees), with respect to the total of the measure of self-control, and that there is a strong direct correlation between The level of emotional balance and the variables of the research (attention concentration- self-control), and there is a strong direct correlation between the level of concentration of attention and self-control. |
