| المستخلص: | من منطلق المبادئ الأساسية لخطة عام 2030 في التأكيد على إنه لن يتخلف أحد عن ركب تحقيق أهداف التنمية وان هذه الأهداف وضعت لجميع الشعوب في كل الدول ومن كل الفئات العمرية وللمجتمعات قاطبة والتزام الصبغة العالمية لخطة عام 2030 مراعاة دور الشباب في جميع الأهداف والغايات. وقد أتي ذكر الشباب علي وجه التحديد في أربعة مجالات هي: توظيف الشباب، حالة الفتيات المراهقات التعليم والرياضة من أجل السلام. حيث أصبحت أهداف التنمية المستدامة وسيلة لتوسيع مساهمة التطوع والعمل التطوعي باعتباره أحد الركائز الأساسية من أجل التنمية المستدامة. وتعتبر المشاركة الإيجابية في برامج العمل التطوعي الخيري من أهم غايات جمعية رسالة للأعمال الخيرية في تعزيز جهود دعم الشباب المعرض للخطر ووقايته من الانحراف حيث تقوم تلك الجمعيات على مبدأ المشاركة التطوعية من قبل الشباب مما يجعلهم أكثر مسئولية وحرصاً على إنجاح برامجها، والقدرة على ربط الشباب ببرامج تثقيفية تناسب قدراتهم ومؤهلاتهم. الهدف - جاءت الدراسة الراهنة لتلقى الضوء على واقع ممارسات العمل التطوعي الخيري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال تحليل الوضع الراهن لجمعية رسالة للأعمال الخيرية في محافظة أسيوط؛ وذلك من خلال التحليل الرباعي SWOT Analysis (جوانب القوة، مواطن الضعف، الفرص المتاحة، التهديدات المحتملة) إضافة إلى محاولة إيضاح مجالات العمل التطوعي الخيري التي يرغب الشباب المشاركة فيها، والفوائد التي من المتوقع أن تعود على الشباب والمجتمع جراء مشاركتهم في برامج وأنشطة العمل التطوعي في جمعية رسالة؛ والتعرف على ممارسات العمل التطوعي في المجالات (الاجتماعية ، الاقتصادية، التعليمية، الثقافية والصحية) والتي تساهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في تعزيز جهود دعم الشباب المعرض للخطر ووقايته من الانحراف. المنهج والعينة - في ضوء أهداف الدراسة المشار إليها تم الاعتماد على تقديم تحليل سوسيولوجي باتباع منهج التقييم باستخدام أسلوب المقابلة لعينة غرضية من المتطوعين وعينة عشوائية من الأسر المستفيدين من الممارسات والأنشطة التطوعية في جمعية رسالة للأعمال الخيرية بمحافظة أسيوط بلغت (٣٥) متطوع و (٢٥) أسرة مستفيدين من ممارسات العمل التطوعي وأنشطة الجمعية. النتائج لقد أفرزت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن تحليل البيئة الداخلية لجمعية رسالة للأعمال الخيرية تبين أنها تتمتع بقدرة ومرونة تمكّن من دعم الشباب المعرض للخطر ووقايته من الانحراف، لكنها ما زالت تفتقر إلى الموارد البشرية المؤهلة في مجال معالجة انحرافات الشباب. أما تحليل البيئة الخارجية فيشير إلى أن جاذبية تلك الجمعيات للذكور والإناث، وتكوين قاعدة معلومات عن الشباب المعرض للانحراف يعد أحد أهم الفرص المتاحة أمامها لتحسين دورها الخدمي، في حين يعد عدم وجود قانون يدعم العلاقة بين الجمعيات وبين المستهدفين، والوضع الغير متكافئ لمستوى المشاركة من قبل المرأة في هذه الجمعيات بمثابة واحداً من التهديدات المحتملة التي قد تقوض نشاطها. وتنتهي الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات لضمان نجاح هذه الجمعية للقيام بدورها في العمل التطوعي الخيري على أكمل وجه من خلال إتباع برامج لبناء القدرات البشرية، وتسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات، بالإضافة إلى توفير الدعم الفني والمادي لتلك الجمعيات. On the basis of the basic principles of the 2030 Agenda in emphasizing that “no one will be left behind in achieving the development goals” and that these goals have been set for all peoples in all countries, from all age groups and for societies as a whole. And the commitment of the global character of the 2030 Agenda to take into account the role of youth in all goals and objectives. Youth were specifically mentioned in four areas : youth employment, the situation of adolescent girls, education and sports for peace. As the sustainable development goals have become a means to expand the contribution of volunteerism and voluntary work as one of the main pillars for sustainable development. The positive participation in charitable volunteer work programs is one of the most important goals of the Resala Association for Charitable Activities in promoting efforts to support youth at risk and prevent deviation, as these associations are based on The principle of voluntary participation by young people, which makes them more responsible and keen for the success of its programs, and the ability to link young people to educational programs that suit their abilities and qualifications. Objective - The current study came to shed light on the reality of charitable volunteer work practices in achieving sustainable development by analyzing the current situation of the Resala Association for Charitable Works in Assiut Governorate; And that is through a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, available opportunities, potential threats) in addition to trying to clarify the areas of charitable volunteer work that young people wish to participate in, and the benefits that are expected to accrue to youth and society as a result of their participation in volunteer work programs and activities in the message association; And learn about the practices of volunteer work in the fields (social, economic, educational, cultural and health), which contribute to achieving the goals of sustainable development in strengthening efforts to support youth at risk and prevent deviation. Method and sample - In light of the objectives of the study referred to, it was relied on providing a sociological analysis by following the evaluation method using the interview method for a purposeful sample of volunteers and a random sample of families benefiting from voluntary practices and activities in the Resala Association for Charitable Works in Assiut Governorate, which amounted to (35) volunteers and (25) Family beneficiaries of volunteer work practices and the activities of the association. Results - The study produced a set of results, the most important of which are: The analysis of the internal environment of the Resala Association for Charitable Activities showed that it has the ability and flexibility to support youth at risk and prevent delinquency, but it still lacks qualified human resources in the field of dealing with youth deviations. As for the analysis of the external environment, it indicates that the attractiveness of these associations to males and females, and the formation of an information base on youth prone to delinquency is one of the most important opportunities available to them to improve their service role, while the absence of a law supporting the relationship between associations and the targets, and the unequal status of the level of participation by Women in these associations are one of the potential threats that may undermine their activities. The study ends with some recommendations to ensure the success of this association to carry out its role in charitable volunteer work to the fullest extent by following programs to build human capacity, facilitate access to information, in addition to providing technical support and material for those associations. |
