| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مؤشرات جودة الأداء لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية لولاية سيدي بلعباس، وكذا الفروق في تقدير عينة الدراسة حول مؤشرات مجالات البنية المعرفية، المهارات الأساسية والقيم والاتجاهات التي تعزى لمتغيري المستوى التعليمي والأقدمية، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام استبيان، فأظهرت النتائج توافر مؤشرات جودة أداء التلاميذ بمستوى عالي في كل من مجال البنية المعرفية والقيم والاتجاهات، ومستوى فوق المتوسط في مجال المهارات الأساسية، مع عدم وجود فروق بين آراء الأساتذة في المجالات الثلاث تعزى للمتغيرين. The current study aims to identify performance indicators primary students of sidi bel abbes state, as well as differences in the estimate of the sample study on indicators of the areas of knowledge structure, basic skills, valus and attituds of the level indicators which, according to them, attribute to educational level and seniority variables, we adopted the analytical descriptive approach with the use of a questionnaire, The results showed the following: Availability of pupils' performance quality indicators at a high level in knowledge structure along with values and attitudes areas. An above average level in basic skills. No statistically significant differences are indicated between teachers' opinions in knowledge structure, basic skills, values and attitudes areas caused by the educational level variable and the seniority variable. |
