| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى الإجابة عن بعض الطعون التي أثيرت حول حديث العرنيين منذ زمن السلف الصالح حتى زماننا المعاصر؛ واعتمد البحث المنهج الاستقرائي: وذلك بالبحث عن الروايات من دواوين السنة، كما اتبع المنهج النقدي المقارن وذلك بمقارنة أقوال العلماء في الرواة مع تطبيق قواعد النقد الحديثي ومقارنة أقوال الشراح والفقهاء في المسألة، وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن الحديث ثابت في الصحيحين وغيرهما من طرق متعددة تصل به إلى حد الشهرة والاستفاضة.. وأن هذه القصة واقعة عين لها ملابساتها الخاصة وليست حكما عاما، وأن الأصل في العقوبات الشرعية مراعاة جانب الردع لكل من يحاول هدم بنيان الشرع الحنيف. |b The research aims to answer some of the accusations and suspicions that have been raised regarding the hadith of Al-Uranyeen since the time of the righteous ancestors until our contemporary time. The research adopts the inductive method by searching for the hadith narrations from the books of the Sunnah. The research also follows the comparative criticism method by comparing the opinions of scholars regarding the narrators with the application of the rules of modern criticism. The research, moreover, compares the sayings of the commentators and jurists on the issue. The research concludes with several results, including: the hadith is proven in the two Sahihs and many other ways that lead it to being popular and widely known. This story is a specific event that has its own circumstances and is not a general ruling. The origin of Sharia punishments is to observe the deterrence aspect for anyone who tries to destroy the structure of Shariah law. | ||
