| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على عوامل تحقيق التفوق التنافسي في المجمعات الصناعية، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة قمنا بمعالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال تقسيم البحث إلى قسمين، حيث تناولنا في القسم الأول مفهوم التفوق التنافسي وأسسه ومبادئه، ثم تطرقنا إلى التفوق التنافسي في المجمع الصناعي وأهم العوامل التي تحققه، وكنتيجة للبحث أن من أهم مفاتيح وعوامل تفوق المجمعات الصناعية تعزيز الابتكار، التحكم في التكاليف، واستباق توقعات الزبون، إشراك العاملين، احترام الأفراد، القيادة بتواضع. This study aims to identify the factors for achieving competitive excellence in industrial groupes, and in order to achieve the goal of this study, we addressed this topic by dividing the research into two main parts. In the first section, we dealt with the concept of competitive excellence, its foundations and principles, and then we touched upon competitive excellence in the most important industrial groupes. Factors that achieve it, and as a result of the research is that one of the most important keys and factors for the excellence of industrial groupes is to enhance innovation, control costs, anticipate customer expectations, engage employees, respect individuals, lead with humility. |
