| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح مفهوم ومصطلح الإرهاب الذي يعد من أهم قضايا العصر الحاضر؛ لما اقترن بها من ظروف وعوامل، وما اتخذته من قوالب وأساليب وشعارات وتنظيمات، فضلا عن التغير والتبديل الذي طرأ على مفهوم ومصطلح الجهاد في الإسلام؛ نتيجة الصراع الحضاري والفكري بين دول وشعوب العالم الثالث، لاسيما الشعوب العربية والإسلامية، وبين دول وشعوب العالم الغربي المتحرر، المتمثل في الحرب المصطلحية في أمور السيادة، وعولمة الثقافة على الطريقة الأمريكية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف قام الباحث بصياغة تساؤلات بحثية، تمت مناقشتها والإجابة عليها في ثنايا البحث، مستخدما عدة مناهج بحثية، أهمها: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستقرائي لمبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة بالموضوع، للوقوف على الأبعاد المختلفة التي تحيط بظاهرة الإرهاب، وذلك بحسب ما تقتضيه طبيعة الدراسة، بغية الوصول إلى استنتاجات تساهم في فهم الظاهرة وآلية تطورها وضبط مصطلحها. The purpose of this research is to clarify the concept and term of Terrorism, which is one of the most important issues of the present era, because of the circumstances and factors associated with it, and the adopted templates, methods, slogans and organizations, as well as the change and change in the concept and term of Jihad in Islam; The peoples of the Third World, especially the Arab and Islamic peoples, and the nations and peoples of the liberated Western world, represented by the conceptual war on sovereignty and the globalization of American-style culture. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher formulated research questions, which were discussed and answered in the research stages, using a number of research methods. The most important of these is the descriptive, analytical and inductive approach to the relevant principles and rules of international law to determine the different dimensions that surround the phenomenon of terrorism. , In order to reach conclusions that contribute to the understanding of the phenomenon and mechanism of development and control of the term. |
